"Oh, and don't get me started on the situation at the docks!" Some old lady exclaimed to her friend.
"The ice? Please, I'm sure they can handle it." The other lady replied.
"It could delay shipments, what will we do then!? The shops will run out and there will be a massive increase in people trying to get their precious things."
The high voice of a old woman sounded from the bench close to Aconites. The two ladies were talking about 'The situation' at the docks. A little more eavesdropping revealed the docks were frozen over, ice blocking the ships in and out. The two were mainly talking about how this would effect everything, anything they could think of they thought about. Aconite stood up, beginning to talk closer to the docks. Maybe they could help out a little.
Well. Thats certainly a lot of ice. Aconites initial thoughts on the problem were pretty plain. They set out to start searching for the person in charge, watching the volunteers hacking away at the ice, painstakingly trying to break the thick ice with little success. Not much chatter was made as people worked, putting too much effort into each attack on the ice.
After a little bit of searching, Aconite found the one who was organizing this whole thing. A few words were exchanged, and they were handed some tools and sent to work.
Aconite walked down to the ice, heading for a small patch where no one else was working. It didn't seem the most important, but that didn't matter. They didn't plan to drop people into the ice when they melted it, after all. Lifting up a hand, they let some sparks start between their fingers [1]. Grabbing a random stick nearby, they placed their hand around it and let it catch fire. Then Aconite threw it onto the ice, spreading their hands out and watching as the flame enlarged with it [2].
Burning the ice would be a lot more efficient than hacking at it.

Description: Despite the absence of Vulcadreaus, the world is still feeling his effects. The weather patterns around Charon have become unbalanced, with most weather across the continent becoming more extreme than normal. With winter quickly approaching, the ice, snow and frost in the north have become more dangerous. The ports around the Pale City have frozen over, months earlier than normal. In order to keep trade and commerce flowing, the city is asking for help in breaking the ice and freeing the harbors. This includes warming the ice, breaking it into smaller pieces, and removing in from the city.
