This small castle more resembles a fort than your traditional looking castle. All right angles sticking out and completely smooth metal walls, the Iron Keep is pretty much impossible to siege from ground level. An army would have to be able to climb the sheer mountain face and assault downward to be able to take it without losing three quarters of their forces in the process. While there is certainly wood and stone structure to the Iron Keep, the majority is made of the steel, iron, and brass that is produced, designed and built locally. The inside is a bare hall with stairs heading directly into the battlements. This is not a keep that hosts grand feasts or balls, this is a keep where blood is easy to wash off the metal floors and walls.
