A city splashed with color and colorful characters. Along the alleyways gang graffiti covers the walls, marking territory and conflict, the paved streets a rusty red from brick, golden rooftops from the sunlight reflecting off the bronze tiles, tye-dye minarets of granite and marble sprout across the cityscape in strategic locations for guards dressed in brown leathers and steel padded with silks to oversee the comings and goings. All of this is dominated by the pure white marble palace on the summit of the hill overlooking the two bays on either side.

The coastline comprises mostly of beaches with various inlets that dead end into the underground aquifer. The inlets are notorious for hiding pirates and alligators with a heavy amount of plant growth that can be used to hide behind. Travel along the coast is best done under heavy guard or very quick.
