Flint's heart beat like a thousand drums. He hadn't felt this motivated about something in a long while. He hopped from foot to foot as the anticipation of clashing against the powerhouse fellblood ran through his views. This time, it was on his home turf; he couldn't let the sands down by losing. He knew this wasn't going to be easy, but that just seemed to bolster his burning heart further. "I ain't gonna go easy on you, but I feel like you already knew that!" He cracked the knuckles on both hands before rolling his shoulders to limber up even further. Filling his lungs with air, he cleared his mind before exhaling, allowing only one thought to remain: Win.
Flint opened his eyes and flicked his arm to the sides as a 1light spear extended from his palm. Keeping his eyes locked on Javal, he slowly started to circle his opponent, spinning the spear idly and waiting for the right moment to strike. However, the cowboy was not patient, as he couldn’t take it anymore and hucked the spear with all his might. The cowboy was also a creature of habit as he 1cocked his arms and lit them up with a radiant flame that burned brighter than ever before. As the spear rocketed towards its target, Flint took a wide berth around it and ended up to the side of Javal as the spear was aimed at his front. Flint smirked as he sent a flurry of punches, hoping to overwhelm him, then finishing with a heavy kick to his chest, hopefully knocking him back a reasonable distance. Flint took his tight boxer stance as he anticipated Javal's follow-up. "Now it's your turn" He joked with a quick flourish of his fists and a smirk.

After hearing his rival’s claim of not going easy he chuckled before shouting at him, “I wouldn’t have it any other way, Flint”.
The fellblood was truly excited and stayed in a basic fighting stance waiting to see what Flint’s opening move would be. He had gotten a lot stronger since the last time they met and he had fought countless adventurers now although a complete majority of them were all losses he still was able to learn a lot from the battles. Javal held his blade with his right hand and had his left hand in the air in case he had to cast a spell, he wanted to win as well as see how much stronger Flint had become for himself if their contest was anything to go off of the cowboy had grown leaps and bounds since.
Javal slowly raises his blade in the air horizontally as Flint begins to circle him, spinning that spear of light in his hand. Quickly as he saw it being thrown at him and aimed at his chest he pointed his left hand blocking the spear from hitting him as the wall of ice quickly melted as a result. He was not expecting such a quick follow-up from Flint as he glanced at his side noticing the Cowboy’s hat before feeling a large amount of pain in his right side. He then blocked his chest as the cowboy went into his kick although getting pushed a decent ways away he managed to take on the brunt of the damage.
The fellblood smiled and said, “Good one my friend now let me show you what I’ve learned during my recent adventures”.
The fellblood then sprinted forth and as he neared Flint he quickly swung his blade diagonally before twisting his body and slashing him once again at the cowboy’s chest as he whispered, “Javal Style: Double Divine Tide”.

After his flourish, Flint smirked and motioned for Javal to come at him. “Bring it,” he joked before returning to his tight defense. Flint barely had a moment to recover before Javal was on the move again, sprinting towards him. The fellblood's blade cut through the air with precision. Flint tried to block with his fists, but the technique was too fast, too fluid. The blade slashed across his chest, and the sting of pain bloomed anew.
However, Flint was not one to falter. Gritting his teeth against the pain, he absorbed the hit, channeling the discomfort into his fiery determination. With a growl, he launched into a flurry of punches, aiming for Javal's defenses, throwing punches with precision, each blow a testament to his relentless spirit. With each blow connecting with Javal a secondary impact slammed into him, it seemed each punch left an imprint of something before exploding with the same force of the punch before it.
"I ain't lettin' up, Javal!" Flint declared, adrenaline and competitive fire fueling his every move. He knew this was a dance they'd performed once before, each clash pushing them to new heights. And as the fists flew and the blades danced, Flint felt the familiar thrill of sparring with his dear friend, the fire within him refusing to be quelled. Hoping his opponent was busy blocking the wave of punches that shot through the air toward him, he quickly dropped to the sand below to perform a leg sweep to knock him down. He knew he wasn't going to beat Javal in an endurance test so he stepped back to gain some distance between the two, and to him it was disrespectful to attack someone while they're down

Javal smiled and said, “Not fast enough my friend, you have to be quicker than that to avoid my blade”, as Theseus slashed Flint’s chest.
Javal was not expecting the following barrage of punches that Flint threw out, the first couple of them fighting him right on in the stomach and chest leaving quite the searing impact.
He managed to lower his blade horizontally to block off the rest of the punches as they kept coming with Flint not showing signs of stopping. Although he was feeling some pretty explosive pain the fellblood couldn’t help but smile at Flint’s progression from their first fight, “You’ve gotten stronger my friend I can feel those hurting”.
Javal lowered his eyes and grinned as Flint declared his resolve to keep the pressure up, “Bring it, friend, I can take damage and dish it out as well”.
He kept on blocking wave after wave of punches at this point starting to push Flint slightly back as he clashed against his fists. He was about to raise his sword and go for an overhead slash but soon saw Flint disappear in front of him only to then see nothing but sand as he got dropped to his feet.
The fellblood quickly opened up his mouth sending out a cone of ice (1) straight at Flint before tapping on his cuirass and sending out a cone of fire (2) to keep him from attacking while giving Javal enough time to stand back up.

Flint keenly sensed the surge of frigid energy gathering in Javal's mouth. Having encountered this menacing attack once before, he swiftly evaded the impending danger, deftly evading the searing cone of destruction. Springing back onto his feet with a light-hearted laugh, he taunted, "Come on, I've seen that one already!" However, his words were abruptly cut short as he was compelled to leap backward, evading the rushing cone of fire hurtling towards him. He used his forearms as a makeshift barrier to protect his face from the intense heat. He was acutely aware that this heat was reminiscent of the confrontation with the god of rebirth, an encounter that could have cooked him alive.
Upon landing, he harnessed the radiant fire of his smite to skillfully redirect Javal's flames to either side, albeit enduring the searing pain as they scorched the front of his arms. Flint smirked, recognizing the blind spot Javal had inadvertently created for himself, granting the cowboy a strategic advantage. He skillfully slipped behind one of the partially-standing structures, disappearing from Javal's line of sight.
As Javal rose to his feet, Flint remained elusive, stealthily ascending to the upper portion of the structure. From his vantage point, he observed Javal's frantic search for him. Imagining an enthralled crowd, he poised himself and tapped his elbow, signaling a scripted maneuver, heightening his excitement and focus. With a burst of theatrical flair, Flint leaped from the metaphorical "top ropes," executing a devastating 1People's Elbow directly into Javal's chest.
As the two combatants fell, Flint deftly twisted his body to deliver a 2swift kick to Javal's side. Kicking someone while they were down conflicted with Flint's moral code, but kicking them while they were falling seemed just within bounds. The force of the kick created distance between them as they descended. Returning to his defensive stance, Flint taunted, "I'm going to make you use that trump card you mentioned last time, so buckle up, brother." Impatience surged within him, urging him to rush forward once again, believing that a relentless offense was the best defense. He hoped to outpace Javal this time, but the outcome remained uncertain.

Javal stood back up at full height as he finished sending out his dual dragon’s breath hoping that would at least catch Flint off guard. As his fire breath ends he raises his hands expecting to have Flint right there trying to follow up with a pummeling of his fists only to find nothing happened. He opens his guard up and looks to see that nothing’s there, Flint has somehow disappeared from his line of sight.
He panicked, brazen in his observation and leaving him wide open for attacks he cupped his hand with his free right hand and shouted, “Hello? Flint, are you still there? Did the sand eat you?”, he then stopped cupping his mouth and shaking his fists in anger, “Damn you sand, not again”.
He continued searching for a minute with his attention diverted before looking up feeling a cool shadow fall before him suddenly. He saw Flint right on top of him, elbow crashing straight to his chest causing the red dragon plate of his to crack and break, dropping to the sand floor. Javal then placed his hands over his chest expecting another blow only to find his sides being kicked sending him flying away from Flint. He got up as quickly as he could, holding his sides as he ripped his padding off since Flint had already torn it from his kicks.
He chuckled before shouting, “That was good my friend, you’ve disarmed one of my new tricks and even took down both of my chest and abdomen armor. As for using that trump card I have, you'll have to get me to a breaking point, brother. You’ll wish you never did”, he chuckles before saying, “My turn”.
He holds his fists towards Flint before suddenly the plates on his knuckles (1. Flying Fist) come flying right at the cowboy’s shoulders.
Javal sprints forward using that distraction to get in another blow shaping a bubble (2. Bouncing Bubble) around his fists and whispering, “Javal Style: Bubble Punch” slamming his fists into the man’s chest causing the bubble to pop causing water damage to be added to the impact of his punch.

"We'll see when I get you to that breakin' point," Flint quipped as he charged toward Javal, kicking up sand in his wake. His momentum was abruptly halted when Javal raised his fist, causing Flint to instinctively leap to the side, anticipating a spell or projectile. He wasn't entirely wrong in his assumption, as two metal plates shot off of Javal's knuckles. Flint had jumped the gun on dodging, leaving him almost defenseless as the plates hurtled towards him. However, Flint had tricks up his sleeve, taking a deep breath and calming himself. Time seemed to slow momentarily as he brought up his hands and 1plucked the projectiles out of the air, time resuming at its breakneck pace.
But Flint had no time to react as Javal closed the distance between them, using the flying fist as a diversion. Flint could only grin at the cleverness of the plan until he felt his rival's fist collide with his already slashed chest. Javal's punch alone could deal incredible damage, but Flint could endure that. However, when the bubbles surrounding Javal's hand popped, the force sent him tumbling backwards, ass over kettle. If he were any sane person, this might have been the moment to call it quits, but Flint was far from such a person.
As the cowboy rose to his feet, Javal could spot the familiar grin from their first spar. "That's more like it. Come on, heart, roar louder!" Flint cheered, beating his chest twice with his fist and adopting a more open, fluid stance. In the blink of an eye, Flint was right upon Javal, the surge of adrenaline pushing his body to its peak once more. However, this surge felt different, the energy more pronounced than before. Flint's tattoo pulsed in time with his heartbeat, and Javal could hear Flint's heart, reminiscent of an engine on overdrive. Sooner or later, this energy would become more external, but for now, it remained contained within Flint.
Flint maintained a low approach, slipping under Javal's defenses from the front. As it appeared he would strike Javal's chest once again, he swiftly shifted to the side, delivering a fast and forceful punch right into Javal's side opposite of where he had kicked earlier. 2The punch shattered some of the padding covering Javal's side. With more of Javal's body exposed, Flint's surge of energy caused the air around them to heat up to a dangerous degree. Though the danger was more for Flint himself than anyone else.

“Woah”, Javal momentarily exclaims as he sees that his flying fists were not only avoided by Flint but even caught them mid-air.
Javal backed away a couple of steps as he finished delivering his punch and saw his opponent rising to his feet.
He chuckles and responds to Flint’s excitement, “If you’d like me to roar then let me roar”, he sends out a terrifyingly loud shout excited at the match. He was rising in emotions at this point, heart pumping fists and eyes wide with anticipation.
As he gets momentarily distracted he blinds for a single second and when he opens his eyes he expects Flint to be in front of him still only to see him gone.
“What”, he questioned as he heard some sort of power source or engine sound near him, “Strange I could’ve sworn that there wasn’t some sort of furnace or oven around here but then again I could be wrong”.
He then glances around wildly looking for both Flint and this newly discovered source of the engine noises not recognizing that it is most likely Flint. He was completely distracted and Flint easily pierced through his defense and his padding shatters completely off alerting him of Flint’s sneaky approach.
“Oh my friend how tricky you are”, he says, grabbing Flint’s foot and spinning around and around before throwing the cowboy away as he finished spinning.
He quickly raises his blade to the air, looks at Flint for a second, and aims it before throwing it as hard as he can at his shoulder the whirling of its impact loudly spinning (1).

Flint could only laugh at his own carelessness as Javal grabbed his leg and began to spin like a top. The world around him quickly became a blur as Javal rotated, and with a mighty heave, he flung the cowboy into the air. The only sound Flint could hear was the whooshing of the wind, sprinkled with his own laughter. Even after being airborne for a couple of seconds, Flint's world was still spinning, until the wind was knocked out of him as he clipped a half-toppled building and was sent tumbling into the sand below. Though he wouldn't have much time to recover, he quickly recognized a familiar sound—the whirlwind of Javal's sword being thrown. As he hopped back to his feet, he widened his stance, choosing to face it head-on, bringing his fists up and preparing for impact.
Flint swung as fast as he could, hoping to knock the sword off course. He felt the steel clash against his knuckles and, for once, thought he matched Javal's speed. However, that confidence was undone as he only diverted it slightly, and he felt a sharp pain in his shoulder as it slashed across. The impact caused Flint to lose his balance and drop to one knee, blood spraying like a fountain due to Flint's dangerously fast heartbeat, and he could feel his body temperature rising even further. He was getting ready to combust. "No, not yet," he muttered to himself as he continued to strain against the surge of energy, barely containing it. In a split-second decision, he used the flames of his smite to cauterize the slash and stop the bleeding.
Once again, Flint rose to his feet, rolling out his shoulder. Now that he stood still for a second, Javal could clearly hear the loud heartbeat coming from him, and his chest glowed a bright orange light that seemed to swirl with purple energy. The glow was reminiscent of the God of Rebirth, mixed with his own energy running through his veins. "You're not the only one with a trump card, friend. Let's see who's forced to draw theirs first!" he challenged. In a blink, he was within range of Javal. Still holding onto the metal from the flying fist, he flung both of them in his advance, aiming them at opposite places, hoping Javal would try to block them instead of actually attacking. Flint hoped the fellblood was distracted by the tossed metal. He then jumped towards him and sent a dropkick right for his chest. Like their first spar, Flint rotated his body with surprising flexibility and sent a punch down for Javal's jaw. If this was before, Flint would end the combo there, but one more punch was thrown to his chin before landing on the ground and hopping back to his feet, his stance still open as he started to sway.

Javal chuckled heartily as he saw Flint hit a building with his hands on his hips and shouted, “Are you alright there friend? Couldn’t help but notice you are not in the presence of an oven. What was that heating up noise, oh don’t tell me that’s your heart. If so woah I have to learn that, can you cook food inside of you? How does that work?”, The fellblood genuinely thinks that Flint is a human cowboy oven now.
He reeled back as he saw his blade impale his friend in the shoulder not expecting him to just go against it head on. His worry settled away once he saw the other man cauterize his wound, although a bit curious about how effective that was. Javal’s wonder and amazement about Flint’s new heart increased as he saw the fellow emit an energy that was similar to the very fiend he, Flint, and the rest of Charon fought against.
He grinned as he shouted, “Woah, my friend every time I meet you you just get stronger and stronger don’t keep me waiting I want to see more of that fire of yours”.
His eagerness was quickly matched as he saw a faint flash of sand fly towards him he grinned as he opened his mouth feeling the pit of flames in his chest spew forward (1. Red Dragon Plate) before saying, “You’re not the only who has some flame now”.
He felt two sharp but familiar pains as the two flying fists hit his sides breaking his greaves apart and making them fall to the sand floor. He hoped his flame managed to stagger the other man but as he felt the kick towards his chest that caused his chest plate to crack up a bit he chuckled before pointing up and summoning a portal of the sea (2. Portal of the Seven Seas) above Flint to douse him with water causing the punch to his chin to be softened from the portal making it feel like a light jab.

As before, Flint tried to ignore the weight of the water and follow through with his uppercut, but the impact was diminished due to his inability to build up enough momentum. His eyes widened in realization that he had repeated the same mistake. The torrent of water slammed him to the ground, but Flint, now tougher than before, quickly sprang up and positioned the waterfall between Javal and himself. Steam began to rise from the cowboy's drenched body, offering a welcome relief under the midday sun.
The water rapidly evaporated under the sun's scorching heat, and the momentary calm allowed Flint to think clearly. He saw an opportunity in the water around him. Grabbing a piece of molten rock from the ground, he securely tied his tattered cloak around it. "I'll be honest with you; I don't understand what's happening to me, but I know it's connected to that oversized lizard," he explained, attempting to buy some time while ensuring the cloak was firmly in place.
Once he felt the knot was tight enough, Flint took a deep breath, hoping to suppress the sound of his thundering heartbeat by depriving it of oxygen momentarily. He adopted a pitcher's stance and tossed the rock, using it as a distraction. While still holding his breath, he maneuvered around the portal. Soon, he'd have to inhale, or he'd risk passing out from oxygen deprivation.
Within striking distance of Javal, he inhaled sharply, knowing his heartbeat might reveal his position. Undeterred, he 1launched a kick aimed at Javal's legs, then feigned and redirected it higher toward his midsection. In a final feint, he extended his leg, aiming for a blow to Javal's temple. Making contact, he hoped the fellblood would be dazed. Swiftly, Flint transitioned to his other leg, delivering a hammer kick to the top of Javal's head, attempting to disorient him further. Flint could now feel his body temperature rising once more after being slightly buffered by the water that Javal had summoned earlier.

Javal’s head turned curiously as Flint grabbed a rock and tied it to his cloak, “Is that some sort of super powerful technique? Just what was this man up to”, he thought to himself before getting distracted and hearing his friend explain his theory.
“Vulcadreus you mean? You’re somehow connected to the God of Rebirth? Man Flint every time I meet you you always just get more incredible, rival”.
He then looked forward as Flint threw a ball-sized molten rock straight at his head. He held his sword in both of his hands and swung it diagonally like a batter, slicing the object in half and causing it to fall to the sand floor.
He then looked around for Flint once more and shouted, “My friend, why do you keep disappearing, this is a battle not hide and seek”, he chuckled as his eyes darted around trying to spot the cowboy.
As he spotted the cowboy right in front of him he smirked as he recognized that technique from their last battle he said, “Friend don’t think I didn’t come up with something to deal with that tricky technique”, he then snapped his left hand with space domain energy (1) as Flint attempts the martial technique and instantly can see through the technique and avoid it by jumping back.
He then grips his blade tightly as he waves it around in strange rhythmic motions gathering energy from its swings before doing a cross-shaped slash straight towards Flint’s chest (2).

Flint noticed a sudden distortion in the space around Javal's hand, but before he could adjust his actions, the fellblood had slipped out of his reach. His leg swung through the vacated space, and Javal had already initiated his counterattack. Flint's immediate response was to divert the incoming strikes, his racing heart compensating for his lack of speed against Javal. Planting his foot, he twisted his body and launched two punches in the direction he believed Javal was targeting. A moment of suspense hung in the air as the cowboy awaited the outcome of his last-ditch defense.
However, Flint's efforts fell short, as a cross-shaped gash sliced across his chest, releasing a fresh torrent of blood, and the excruciating pain forced the confident cowboy to drop to one knee.
As Flint's vision started to blur due to the overheating, he cursed himself, recognizing that losing now would be entirely his fault. He decided it was time to unleash the energy he had contained for most of the spar. But this came with a cost; he had to defeat Javal within a limited time frame, or his body would give out. Flint rose once more, his legs trembling, closed his eyes, and took a deep breath. He allowed his tense muscles to relax and then flexed as intensely as he could, channeling the energy from his heart into his veins. With a few graceful movements of his arms and the distinct sound of metal clanking against metal, flames erupted from every pore of his body, converging at his arms and legs. With a smirk, he remarked, "Let's turn up the heat, shall we?" Flames spewed from the corners of his mouth and eyes, and his limbs were engulfed in fiery energy, a mesmerizing blend of vulcadreus' orange and his own purples.
With fire and smoke billowing around him, Flint charged at Javal faster than ever before. This time, he abandoned subtlety and thundered into striking range, delivering a powerful fist toward Javal's chest. Flint's movements seemed almost automatic, each action flowing seamlessly, a stark contrast to the sheer speed and force of his punch.

Javal stood katana raised and pointed at the cowboy man as he knelt before him from the fellblood’s strong attack.
He smirked confidently and said, “Alright friend is that all you got? Come on, show me some of that firepower you’ve been talking about!”.
His excitement was met as he saw Flint submerge into brilliant flames like he’d never seen before.
“Woah”, he manages to stammer amazed and a little worried about the striking similarity towards Vulcadreus’s heat signature before quickly.
He didn’t even have enough time to react before he felt a large pain come from Flint’s fist straight into his chest, his cuirass snap in half and fall to the ground to his side. He smirked and braced his body as Flint continued his barrage of punches taking them head in before headbutting the man straight up.
After Flint’s response he jumps back to give himself and the cowboy fellow some space he takes a deep breath before smiling and saying, “Alright Flint you’re showing your full power, it’s only fair that I show mine so we can take this fight seriously”.
He takes a large breath and closes his eyes for a second feeling a cold and hateful feeling coming from his abdomen to his heart to his head. Feeling dark impulses, rage, and negative emotions his eyes snap open his eyes now completely bright yellow. Strange markings appear over his body, he stands up straighter appearing to be more muscular and slightly taller than he was before. A large amount of smoke begins bellowing from his mouth as his posture and attitude become starkly different, more serious, and colder as Javal doesn’t utter a single word.
He then holds his hand out before motioning towards Flint with only a faint but stern whisper, “Come”.
As Flint charges towards him he holds his left free hand forward feeling control over the sand below as he waves it the sand (1. Dancing Sand) starts picking up creating a small sandstorm around them.
He then holds his katana in his other hand as he closes his eyes and stares directly into Flint’s soul observing him blade in hand waiting (2. Heart Seeker)

Flint's slight connection to heat had been a constant presence throughout his life. The scorching sun, the blistering sands beneath him, and even the soothing warmth of his own healing powers had always been part of his existence. However, at this moment, he felt a connection to heat like never before, as the flames threatened to engulf him. Strangely, the flames did not hurt him; in fact, they provided an exhilarating high. He was so absorbed in the fiery ecstasy that he hardly noticed when Javal delivered a headbutt, causing the fellblood to back away. In a voice not entirely his own, Flint uttered, "Is that the best you've got?"
Flint observed Javal beginning his transformation, flames flickering up to his hair. The excitement on the cowboy's face was unmistakable now that he could tell his opponent was going all out. Flint couldn't contain his enthusiasm "There it is, THERE IT IS! That's the trump card we've been waiting on!" he cheered manically, his laughter accompanying the agile hops between his feet as he limbered up.
Without hesitation, Flint lunged at Javal when signaled, using the flames around his legs as boosters. The whipping sand did not bother him, as he had grown up surrounded by it. Once within striking distance, Flint planted both feet, inhaled deeply, and lowered his head to unleash a barrage of punches that seemed like a wall to the naked eye. The fire around his arms enhanced the power and speed of each punch, with bursts of flames shooting from his elbows. He didn't care where he hit Javal; all that mattered was causing damage. After a few seconds of relentless punches, he was surprised to see Javal had not budged.
Undeterred, Flint swiftly moved behind Javal with another fiery boost, jumped, and delivered a fire-powered dropkick. The impact unleashed a 1substantial burst of flames that rocketed Flint into the air. Still laughing mid-air, he taunted, "What's the matter? Normally, you're much faster than me. Don't tell me I've already caught up to you."
