Reagents, Materials, and Beyond
The Golden Consortium in cooperation with the Winged Expeditionary Force has decided after much review to open up their extensive catalogue of crafting components to the general public. They have opened their coffers and guild halls to open trading with the Denizens of Charon. People from all over bring materials they no longer need or wish to sell and trade them for other materials on the market, creating a constant influx of new items for the general public to peruse. Watch out for the occasional rare or unique materials that crop up from time to time!

One Mystical Archive Ticket can also be exchanged for two general crafting materials or a rare crafting material if available. You cannot trade in crafting materials for Archive Tickets or other forms of currency. You can only trade in materials and receive materials.
Crafting materials cannot be traded between characters and can only be traded with the available items in the Trading Post. All exchanges of materials as described above must be done through replying to this thread.
- One common crafting material can be traded for another common crafting material.
- Two common crafting materials can be traded for a rare crafting material if available.
- One rare crafting material can be traded in for two general crafting materials.
- Unique material can only be traded in for other unique materials.

Offensive Material | This material has offensive damaging properties and is normally made from things such as spikes, claws, fangs, horns or other material from creatures often used to deal damage. | When combined with another material is used to create an offensive enchantment or offensive item. |
Defensive Material | This material has defensive protective properties and is normally made from things such as hide, scales, bone, leather or other materials from creatures used for defense. | When combined with another material is used to create an defensive enchantment or defensive item. |
Supplemental Material | This material is not used for dealing or defending damage and instead is used to create mundane items and is made from things such as bone, teeth, metal, crystal or other random materials. | When combined with another material is used to gain a supplemental effect. |
Elemental Materials | Elemental materials are taken from creatures with elemental affinities, this can be a gland from a creature that expels an element or skin that is resistant to an element. | When combined with another material adds an elemental property to that material. |
Crafting Reagents | A substance sometimes used to craft potions or consumable substances. This can be blood, sweat or other liquids found in nature and harvested from creatures. | Used to craft things like potions, poisons, elixirs and other consumable products. |
Unique Materials | These are special one of a kind materials that hold sparks of divinity or untold powers. Any craftsman wishing to be a master of their field hopes to one day use a material of this magnitude. | Used to craft a myriad of objects. Sol Stone Shard | Unique Material | A tiny piece of the now shattered Sol Stone made of golden metal and etched with strange markings, the true nature of the stone has yet to be understood. This item can be used in our crafting system. When used to craft you can take one spell that you own and add its effects to the crafted item. Just like other crafted items, staff will work with you to clearly define how the spell works on the item. Once crafted, this material can not be used to craft again (you can keep the stone in character for story reasons). | X |
Night Caller Blood | Unique Material | A small vial of thick blood obtained from killing a Troll King in the Winged Expeditionary Force. This material can be used to add a poison or toxic type effect to the crafted item. This type of poison can apply a permanent healing debuff to effected targets, meaning that wound can not be healed for the entire duration of the topic. This material can be used to create an offensive item that applies the poison, a defensive item to protect from poison or a supplemental item to remove poison effects. Vulcadreus Scale | Unique Material | A single scale dropped from Vulcadreaus during his emergence at Mt. Drakolt. This scale radiates with intense Earth Domain energy and pulsates raw magic. If this material is used to craft an item, that item becomes a spell focus for you, allowing you to cast spells through the item without needing to have a free hand. If the item is capable of dealing damage it will now deal fire damage in addition to its normal damage types. If the item is a defensive item, it will give you one hit prevention against an attack that deals fire damage, be it normal or magical. | X |
