Following a devastating earthquake in the Zeinav Desert, Morrigan found a decrepit, abandoned city nestled in a recently-opened cave. The settlement itself was unimpressive, but Morrigan was determined to make something out of it. They managed to snag themselves a pretty tiefling adventurer with big aspirations of becoming an academic (and hopefully an even bigger coin purse)- Cantio Von Lumen. Morrigan took him through a tour of the lost city “Al’Aethair”, delivering a grand story of mysticism and intrigue that Cantio Von Lumen wouldn’t soon forget.
Morrigan’s Scam Rating: 5/5 Stars
In another monumentally horrible decision in the outdoor markets of Zeinav City, Morrigan found themselves reading the fortune of a rather beautiful and intriguing woman with magic sparkling in her eyes and laughter on her lips. What started out as an attempt to read her fortune soon turned into something strange as Kamille, the Witch of Moonglade, made a strange proposition- seven true stories for seven nights…
Morrigan’s Scam Rating: 4/5 stars, rated as such because in hindsight it’s probably not the best idea to sell fake potions to one of the most powerful witches in the realm.
In Thorock, Morrigan accidentally insulted a pirate during a sale and ended up being chased- completely unwarranted, mind you!- by a mob of angry pirates. Luckily, before their face was smashed in, they found help in another tiefling in the marketplace, one with a shiny blade that she looked like she knew how to use.
Morrigan’s Scam Rating: 2/5 Stars
How was I supposed to know her husband was listening in around the corner?- Morrigan
While on a rather serendipitous vacation to the Crescent Isles, Morrigan was sent on a harpy hunt by a few scared villagers. While on the beach, Morrigan found a pleasant surprise in the form of a fellow Zeinav native, Vikram the Seeker, and a less pleasant surprise in the form of an injured child and a handful of harpies.
Morrigan’s Scam Rating: 3/5 Stars, rated as such because Morrigan actually had to fight real harpies, rather than just riding on Vikram’s coattails the entire time
On an otherwise boring evening in the Marsh Flats, Morrigan and Atreion struck up a bit of friendly competition, one with humiliating stakes- lose, and be the other’s barker for a week.
Morrigan’s Scam Rating: 5/5
I am going to win this wager, and have Atreion singing my praise by sunrise!- Morrigan
In Frostgale, Morrigan was minding their own business when they were accosted by a wild woman pointing a stake right at their heart in a case of mistaken identity. A crazed look in her eyes and hatred in her heart, she left them alone, but Morrigan wasn’t done yet. Morrigan followed her, joining Sade Elnore in her hunt for a vampire in the Pale City.
Morrigan’s Scam Rating: 5/5 Stars
Sade is the most beautiful woman I have had the pleasure of meeting. Her madness only enhances that grace. I think I am enchanted.- Morrigan
Morrigan traveled to Moonglade in search of a rare plant that only blooms when fall meets winter, Dusk’s Kiss. While in Lantern Light Wood, they met a curious stranger made of contradictions- Kvasir Sigurros, a medic in search of the very same component. The two set off in search of the rare plant together, surprised to find that they got along well, and enjoyed one another's company enough to camp together after in an attempt to spend more time in one another's company.
Morrigan’s Scam Rating: 5/5 Stars
THE CALL OF ROSE AND CARDAMOM (COMPLETE)
Morrigan and Kvasir had another chance encounter in Zeinav's High Marketplace. Morrigan led Kvasir around and the two had a wonderful day, where nothing bad happened.
Morrigan's Scam Rating: 5/5 Stars
A PIRATE'S ARRIVAL (STALLED)
In Moonglade, Morrigan met two interesting individuals- liars and thieves, the lot of them- and enjoyed getting to engage in some intelligent conversation.
Morrigan's Scam Rating: 4/5 Stars, rated as such because while Morrigan made plenty of money from the rubes in the bar, they were immediately identified as a hack by the two at the bar.
WHEN THE CAT MEETS THE MOUSE (RED ROGUE CH. 1)(COMPLETE)
The week before Winter's Crown, Morrigan found themselves being forced to defend the Rochere's warehouse against a dastardly thief gunning to steal its stock of cotton and wool. They weren't really invested in protecting the goods, but it was their head on the line, but things got personal when that little teenager started insulting them!
TWO BROS CHILLIN IN A HOT LAND (GOLDEN CONSORTIUM INITIATION 1/2)(COMPLETE)
Morrigan and Kvasir set off towards the lava pits at Mount Drakolt in search of the first rare plant as part of their initiation for the Golden Consortium- the Ash Rose. Unfortunately for the two of them, the roses only grow on islands surrounded by pools of lava, making them difficult to pick. Morrigan and Kvasir had to put their heads together to figure out a way past the environmental hazard to claim the rare and elusive flowers.
WHAT THE FROST REFLECTS (GOLDEN CONSORTIUM INITIATION 2/2)(COMPLETE)
For their second rare plant, Morrigan and Kvasir were sent to woefully unfamiliar territory- Frostgale- in search of Ice Beans. If their first task was difficult, this second task was grueling, both desert natives unfamiliar with the land. Faced with grueling weather and vicious monsters, the two braved the World Crown to gather as many ice beans as they could and gain entrance to the Consortium together...
Until a long-forgotten god made an unwelcome appearance.
WHAT THE REFLECTION REVEALED (COMPLETE)
After their near-death experience in the World Crown, Morrigan and Kvasir returned to Bleakfort, exhausted and defeated. They were through the storm, for now- Morrigan having survived Kasra, and the two of them narrowly escaping the Girallon- but they still had a lot to talk about, if only Kvasir would allow Morrigan in.
YOU, ME, AND FISH MAKES THREE (COMPLETE)
In a classical mix-up straight out of a story, Morrigan planned a meeting with one of their regular fences to make an exchange of goods and money for one of their newest scams- a pyramid scheme selling snake oil through Zeinav- when Kvasir decided to make a spontaneous visit to the city. After the disaster of their previous encounter, where wounds were dealt and secrets revealed on both sides, Morrigan was determined to make the day a perfect one. But at the same time, they couldn't afford to leave Fish waiting. And in the mother of all bad decisions, Morrigan decided that they were going to maintain both appointments... a day out with Kvasir, and a meeting with Fish. What could go wrong?
The answer is... a lot. A lot could go wrong.
That sure is a lot of strawberry jam.
THEY FALL, BUT FIRST, THEY FLY (GUILD RENOWN)(COMPLETE)
In their first mission for the Golden Consortium, Morrigan and Kvasir were sent to take care of an illegal group of femme fatale potionmakers. The Sirens were only supposed to be making love potions, but potions in the hands of inexperienced chemists are dangerous, and rather than making love potions, the Sirens had been crafting literal love bombs. Morrigan and Kvasir- or Aaleahya and Khatmi- went undercover as heartbroken ladies to infiltrate the Sirens' lair and confiscate their potions. In the wake of their disastrous trip in Frostgale, Morrigan was determined to show Kvasir a good time, no matter how hard he tried to push them away for their own safety.
They're done being tucked away for their own safety, and if that means making sure Kvasir knows they're around to stay- and confronting their own emotions- then so be it.
MYSTICAL MAGICAL MYSTERY CAPER (MAGE'S GUILD INITIATION 1/2)(COMPLETE)
After conquering the Golden Consortium, Morrigan set their sights on bigger, grander goals- conning their way into the Mage's Guild. Lo and behold, luck was on their side when they struck gold as they ran into new and familiar faces while in Dragon's Cradle trying to get their Dragon-Be-Gone scheme kickstarted. Morrigan decided to join Cantio Von Luman and Cirice Lunestra in their quest to investigate some dwarven ruins for a magical artifact, and accomplish what no man had done before... sneak into the mage's guild.
It's obvious this will end in terrible, glorious failure.
MOONWEAVER VS. MOONWIELDER (MAGE'S GUILD INITIATION 2/2)(COMPLETE)
Desperate for a scrap of magical power for themselves, Morrigan decided to steal the stone from Cirice Lunestre and Cantio Von Lumen. Unfortunately for them, they had no idea what kind of demon Cirice Lunestre was. They were in for a rude awakening.
TAILS, TULIPS, AND TINCTURES, OH MY! (COMPLETE)
During a quiet afternoon in Moonglade collecting potion components, Morrigan encountered another traveling alchemist and avid collector of animals, the gentle Beistmild. Never one to pass up the opportunity for a good scam, Morrigan attempted to sell their snake oil to him, only to be thwarted at every possible angle.
HONEY, I'M HO-OLY SHIT? WHAT ARE YOU DOING? ARE YOU CRAZY? (COMPLETE)
It was all just supposed to be a funny prank.
Morrigan hadn't meant to traumatize the kid.
SILK, SUGAR, AND SPICE (BEASTMASTER QUEST)(ONGOING)
Morrigan hated animals! Why the hell were they being sent to take care of a couple of stupid moths with stupid magical silk? At least the company was good, even though they were being sent after a couple of idiot insects. Upon closer inspection, though, they were actually kind of... cute, and really feisty... maybe taking one of them home wouldn't be so bad.
DARLING, TAKE A CHANCE ON ME (COMPLETE)
Just a normal day in the Zeinav streets...
THE STICKY BANDITS (GOLDEN CONSORTIUM QUEST)(COMPLETE)
Morrigan doesn't really give a shit about the comings and goings of the Consortium, but what they do care about is coveting poisonous materials for their own potion-making. But it looks like someone's beat them to the punch...
FOUR'S A CROWD (HEARTH'S DAY)(ONGOING)
The saga in which Morrigan Moonweaver tempts fate multiple times by continuously antagonizing Zarius.
ROOTS OF THE GARDEN (HEARTH'S DAY)(ONGOING)
Morrigan and Kvasir went out for a day spent together in Eclipse City. In a strange twist of fate, the two ran into the family that Kvasir had left behind... and the family he couldn't remember. Morrigan, at the very least, could play nice while they attempted to get to know Austri and Sindri Sigurros, in an attempt to learn more about Kvasir's lost memories.
MONASTERS AT MIDNIGHT (CONSORTIUM QUEST)(COMPLETE)
The one in which Morrigan, Gwendolyn, and Fish commit a crime.
GINMA'S FUZZY HORSE ASS! HOW DID THEY DO THAT? (MG. INITIATION 1)(COMPLETE)
The Morrigan and Astrid rivalry continued in an unfortunate meeting in the Hauntwoods, with Blue Raspberry caught in the middle of this petty squabble. The three set out to search for a magical artifact that would point them in the direction of the mystical archive and gain entry to the mage's guild.
A WILLOW'S GENTLE WEEPING (MG. INITIATION 2)(COMPLETE)
The clipping stolen from under their nose, Morrigan, Astrid, and Blue Raspberry chased after the magical artifact when they came upon a giant, cursed weeping willow intent on protecting its property.

Kvasir Sigurros | What started as a simple desire to get closer with Kvasir to learn his secrets and earn his loyalty, Morrigan has inexplicably found themselves wrapped up in his story. Kvasir is Morrigan's dearest friend, and a man with a sharp and dry wit Morrigan appreciates, yet an honesty and selflessness that makes him interesting. While Kvasir does not know the full extent of Morrigan's crimes, or their criminal nature, Morrigan holds the medic in high regard and never fails to have fun when Kvasir is around. The healer is easy to tease, but a sharp mind and a talented medic. It is never a dull day when Morrigan and Kvasir are together. Kvasir has taught Morrigan what sacrifice means, and Morrigan will do whatever it takes to make him happy, safe, and remove that cursed deity from his head. | "Under the Veil of Lantern's Light" |
Apprentice
Name | Description | Met In |
Fish the Sneak | Fish is one of the more reliable criminals to deal with in Zeinav. They are a professional and don't take any shit. Unfortunately, with all of Morrigan's dramatical flair, this arrangement has ended in them getting stabbed a number of times. In a recent mix-up of events, Morrigan has lied and claimed that Fish is their alchemical apprentice of sorts. Now, Morrigan has been training Fish in alchemy and crime, as the two criminals discover this serendipitous emotion known as loyalty and friendship. | "You, Me, and Fish Makes Three" |
Friends/Allies
Name | Description | Met In |
Cantio Von Lumen | One of Morrigan’s first loyal customers, and one that Morrigan has grown quite fond of. Whether this relationship will persist after Morrigan’s scam draws to a close is yet to be seen, and depends on how well Morrigan can keep their secrets. They have no idea how someone is as gullible as Cantio, but the minstrel reminds them of a pomeranian, and they are of the opinion that only they should be the one to scam Cantio, and will protect him from harm while scamming him themselves. | "The Wizard of Odd and the Lost City" |
Kamille | She seems more amused by Morrigan than anything, the way one might regard a curious toy. But as she wants information from them, Morrigan desires something in turn- her influence is beneficial for furthering Morrigan’s own goals. She is also incredibly fun to gossip with. | "A Lie Fit for a Lady" |
Vikram the Seeker | The two fought well together against harpies, and Morrigan was happy to meet another native of their country. Whether this relationship remains amicable is yet to be seen, as Vikram may have a connection to Morrigan’s mentor, Madam Medb, the charlatan fortune-teller… Rest in peace to a fellow Zeinavian | "Woefully Wacky Winged Women" |
Sade Elnore | A beautiful woman who wears her disdain for Morrigan on her sleeve. Morrigan can’t help but be enthralled by her grace, and both curious and worried about the dark path she walks. Sade may not hold them in high regard, but she does recognize their talents for oration, and has made a peculiar request of them- a story of her exploits. Morrigan is more than happy to deliver. | "Wrong Place, Right Time?" |
Beistmild | A gentle old soul that Morrigan somehow seems to bring out the worst in while they have attempted to scam. | "Tails, Tulips, and Tinctures, oh my!" |
Issala 'Izzy' Arodre | A woman whose whims seem as unpredictable as Morrigan's own. She is a woman after their own heart, a schemer to the very end. The two of them are peas in a pod, and that is everyone else's problem. Gods help whoever has to deal with both of them at once. | "Darling, Take a Chance on Me" |
Unknown
Name | Description | Met In |
"Little Mouse" Iryla | Morrigan has only met this little thief once, but she made them look like a fool in the middle of one of her heists, and this time, it's personal. Morrigan has created an entire elaborate rivalry in their head between them and the Red Rogue and will not hesitate to kick her ass if it would come to that. Perhaps the fact that their rival is a literal teenager is a sign of their depravity, and if they ever see her again, she will probably be the one to kick their ass, should have occured to them at some point, but Morrigan is too petty to care. | "When the Cat Meets the Mouse" |
Cirice Lunestre | There is something odd about this one. Morrigan thought she was just some sweet country bumpkin from the Crescent Isles. But there is a monster that lurks under her skin, one that Morrigan has seen firsthand. This "Mother Moon" has warped Cirice into a demon, and Morrigan does not know which side of her is the true Cirice. Either way, someone like that should be allowed nowhere near Kvasir. But the medic loves her dearly, and Morrigan cannot break his heart. So they will hold their tongue and keep an eye on this woman, and play friendly if need be. Especially now that they're in the Mage's Guild together. | "Mystical Magical Mystery Caper" |
Caedes Oleander | Morrigan has not spoken much with Caedes yet and have not had much time to form an opinion on him. | "Four's a Crowd" |
Mortal Enemies
Name | Description | Met In |
Astrid Stormstone | Morrigan only has two words to describe her, and those are "Oh, god". It's honestly not becoming of someone their age to have beef with someone who's two entire decades younger than them, but Morrigan, unfortunately, lacks common sense, and makes up for it with a distaste for the little hellion that showed up in the Desert Rose one day with snark and attitude. Thankfully, the feeling seems to be mutual. Unfortunately for them, however, Astrid Stormstone is a literal hellspawn menace that seems to have made it her life's mission to ruin their own. | "Honey, I'm Ho-oly shit! What are you doing? Are you crazy? |
Zarius Rha'oryn | Oh, these two are going to get along like a house on fire. | "Four's a Crowd" |
