After a long and tiresome day of studying and relentlessly scouring the vast shelves of the Darkveil Ancient Library, alongside a group of equally determined adventurers, in a relentless quest to uncover valuable clues or tangible evidence that could shed light on the imminent dangers set to befall our world, Katsandra, the resolute and intrepid feline with striking purple hair, emerged from the library, feeling the weight of the seemingly fruitless endeavor weighing heavily on her aching back. As she stood outside the imposing entrance, her muscles taut and her patience wearing thin, she found herself stretching her limbs in a desperate attempt to alleviate the pent-up frustration that had been building throughout the grueling day.
From the moment Katsandra had set foot in the library while dodging falling debris, her sole focus had been fixated on the mission at hand, leaving her with little opportunity to explore, the same went with the other missions she has been part of. Looking around the outside of the library, Darkveil seems to have gone into ruins already, the debris have calmed down but there are still plenty falling around, buildings destroyed and houses unrecognizable.
She then ventures out of the city, making her way North-West of Darkveil, with a destination in mind.
"Stormgale Village, hopefully it isn't in the same state as Darkveil..."
Starting her walk towards the land of Dragon's Cradle, wandering into the unknown.
Little did she know, a Wanderer was close by as well.

Exiting the library, Elvira dusted off her robes before gathering her things and slinging her bow over her shoulder. With her head down, she began to walk towards the direction of Dragon's Cradle, obviously in deep thought about the situations in the library and the future. Her mind raced around, flashing thoughts of her travel here. She wondered what her small goblin friend was up to, and whether she was okay or not. This only prompted worse thoughts to fill her head, worst of which included the loss of a friend. Nay, more than a friend.
The last thought caught her off guard. "Strange, I'll have to address that later..."
As her mind wandered, the purple hue of Katsandra's hair caught her eye. Shaking the thoughts from her head, she rushed to catch up with the demi-human. As she slinks up next to her, she gives a smile. "I see our paths have brought us together once more, friend. You did good work in the library, I was pleased to have been able to work with you. Perhaps we can travel together, as we are both headed in the same direction? It would most certainly help stave off bandits and raiders!"

Katsandra's purple feline ears perked up at the familiar voice approaching. Turning, her tired eyes met Elvira's, a spark of warmth flickering in their amethyst depths. "Elvira! So, you're heading this direction too?" she greeted, a genuine grin stretching across her face "Seems fate keeps throwing us together, eh? Sure! I would love travel with you! Those bandits and raiders really are a pain in the ass sometimes."
Her muscles, though still stiff from the library's ordeal, loosened a touch at the prospect of companionship. Traveling alone had its merits, but Katsandra wasn't one to turn down a friendly face, especially one as capable as Elvira. But it reminds her of something, companionship huh? She wonders how her little goblin friend is doing.
Her tail swished back and forth, a hint of playful energy returning to her step. "Though, I wouldn't call it just 'work' in the library, would you? More like a treasure hunt, except the loot isn't gold or jewels, but answers." A sigh escaped her, laced with the weight of their mission's urgency.
"Came up empty this time, though. But hey, maybe something will happen one day that would explain everything that has been happening so far, a lot of weird stuff is happening in Charon, especially those flowers back in King's Valley that turned me into a horse, wasn't a pleasant experience at all." She lets out a slight giggle before giving the cleric a wide yet unique kind of smile.

"Many bandits ignore clerics like me because they understand we serve as healers, and that one day they may need our services. Of course, that only stops a portion of them. The others usually end up buried because they underestimate the power we wield. Hah! Many of them don't even get close, and I'm not even the most powerful cleric from my order." She gives a confident smile down to the demi-human.
"As for our venture inside the library, 'tis truly a shame we could not come up with answers. Perhaps the Dragon's Cradle will come up with more, seeing as it was the site of the conflict between Vulcadreaus and Scern. Maybe some of the locals had recorded some history there? Regardless, I am certain more will show. Also did you say... a horse?" She stopped walking and tilted her head curiously. After a pause, she crosses her arms and shifts her weight, becoming more confused the longer she thinks about it. "Did you still... did you still have the cat ears? What did you find out when investigating the cause?" She suddenly burst out laughing, partially at the thought, but also from the amount of confusion she was holding in. "Katsandra... what the in the nine hells did you manage to stumble upon?!? Every moment with you becomes a curiosity, by the stars!"

"Bandits seems to underestimate everyone, a bunch tried to rob me before, so I threw them off a cliff, some got stuck to the ground though, makes me wonder if they're still there." She gave the cleric an innocent smile before giggling despite what she just said. Almost like throwing people to their death and digging their own graves was normal.
As they continued their walk towards their destination, Katsandra chuckled and blushes from the cleric's compliment. "Well despite my short time being an adventurer, a lot of things have already happened and it's hyping me up even more! And curiosity huh? Well, I can say the same for you! You're so mysterious and It's quite an attractive personality, yet you're so sweet and bubbly too behind that cloak, you pique my curiosity more and more as well! Alongside your beauty, you are a like a goddess!"
Suddenly Katsandra's stomach growled in hunger, interrupting her as well as causing her face to turn red from embarrassment "My apologies, I haven't really eaten anything in so long-" she scratches the back of her head awkwardly, she hasn't eaten ever since she ate the soup that Tatalia gave her before, but she never really has any currency to buy anything else.

Elvira laughs out loud the moment Katsandra compliments her looks. Shaking her head, she smiles. "I am nothing of the sort, Katsandra. Believe me, the art of Lunala they had in the temple, her beauty was enough to make one cry. She is... wow. She is rather stunning. I might be more akin to a celestial being, though!" She laughs at her own joke, but it quickly drifts off. Thinking of the temple only brought her back to some of the harder times in her life. The times she wished a parent was around, even if it were just one of them. She wasn't sure which one she would choose if she had to, though.
Luckily, Katsandra had provided a natural distraction with her hunger. Elvira quickly warmed up once more. "Fret not, heldo,1 I have some food. Let's move off the path and build a camp for the night. Perhaps it'll be nice to have a companion once more."
With this, Elvira ducked off of the path and moved decently far away from it. She made sure that the two wouldn't be seen or heard from anyone snooping around on the connecting roads. With a sigh she looks to Katsandra. "I forget why I usually don't travel with others... Well, no choice now I suppose." She shakes her head and begins to unbutton her robes. Once they are loose, she carefully takes them off and folds them into her bag. Underneath the robes were a blouse, corset, and suspenders to keep the robes in place. She removes the corset and suspenders, revealing shorts underneath.
While trying to avoid the awkward feeling she has, she quickly begins to build a fire. Once it begins to burn, she pulls out preserved meats and fresh(ish) vegetables. Placing them on a pan seated above the fire, she begins to cook them while humming a soft, slow tune. It was clear that, from the embarrassment of not having the robes, her voice was a bit shaky. She tried to hide a blush beneath her flowing, dark gray hair, but it was for naught.

Katsandra watches the cleric laughing out loud, all she could do was stare in awe, feeling something that is unknown to her, in a sense, she started giggling too and laughing alongside Elvira, as she smiles too. "In the end it's just an art stuck to the wall, but you, you're an art that is here, talking and showing me more beauty and personality than any wall painting could ever do." She then stares at the cleric's eyes, seeing regrets and sorrow hidden in them, Elvira may not have said anything but Katsandra knows, she feels it.
As she continued to admire the cleric's personality and looks, this was her first time ever admiring someone this much, she snapped out of it when the girl before her mentioned that she had food and that they should camp out for the night, her face blushing slightly from realization, what has gotten into her?
"Good idea, lead the way m'lady~" She then follows the cleric off road, reaching quite a far distance that is most likely to be empty, and no one else would have the idea of entering, now both of them are alone deep in the woods where no one can hear them or see them, some would say this was like a horror movie, but with how strong the two are, this is quite... She sat down and relaxed before looking at Elvira once more to see her starting to undress her robe, causing her face to turn bright red "W-Wait, I know we are both feminine bu-" too late, the corset was taken off, even if she was just in shorts, she found it extremely hot, causing her nose to bleed slightly. "Wow..." She can tell that the girl was embarassed and the feeling of awkwardness could be seen from all over her...goddess-like body, she then crawls towards her and sat next to the cleric. "I was right, you truly are a work of art..." she smiles at Elvira before giggling and taking off her robe too, then removing her martial arts gi, wearing just a sleeveless shirt as well as shorts now too, staring at the food being cooked with glimmering eyes of anticipation and excitement.
