As they walk, C'Leena is looking over at Nephele often. Her hair looks really nice when it's tied up. That reminds C'Leena that she needs to cut her hair at some point too; it's getting a bit too long for her liking. Oh well, perhaps she can do that at some point this afternoon.
She also notes the spring in Nepheles step and her curious gaze. She truly had a near childlike wonder with the outdoors. It makes her wonder if Nephele is remaining here for C'Leenas sake or not. She hopes that's not the case. Actually, you know what? "Hey, petal? Random thought: You're not staying here just for my sake, are you? I know you really like travelling and we've been here longer than we've been anywhere else, so I don't want to make you feel like we need to stay in one spot."
What better way to get your answers than to ask the question? She's not too concerned about it, but Nephele has already proven to opt to not say anything when it comes to C'Leenas enjoyment. Despite the topic, C'Leena looks at peace as her own gaze wanders the horizon.
Soon enough, they make it back to the clearing. In their sleep deprived and emotionally overwhelmed states, apparently they had forgotten a few things. Good thing they came back, then. She looks around for a bit before quickly walking over to where a decently sized stick is laying on the ground. It's straight enough and a little longer than the rapier, but it should work anyway. Returning to Nephele, she begins.
"Alrighty. Now, undo that knot, but don't draw just yet. The form itself back on earth was largely used for entertainment due to how show-y the style can be if you add a little flair. That doesn't mean it's a bad form, however. You've seen it in action, it gets the job done," She begins. Her demeanor has changed into that of a strict teacher as she paces back and forth.
"The form primarily focuses on reading your opponent's body language and using it against them. Figuring out their form so you can bait them into over-extending and punishing their mistakes. It's a form centered around trickery and playing dirty. With this, you take every advantage you can. Throw cloth or dirt at them to disorient them, then you strike. So on and so forth."
"There are a set of stances to learn initially. One through Six. They have proper names, but I'm not going to hurl those at you just yet. After, we'll go into strikes from those positions, and depending on how well you get to learn that, we'll see how we go from there, mkay?"
"Now, anything you want to ask, say or do before we start?" She asks, planting the stick in her hand into the ground and lightly leaning on it as she keeps her eyes on Nephele. The entire time she was speaking, she was looking directly at Nephele, not taking her eyes off her. Things like this affected people psychologically and pushed people to listen more intently. Nephele has a habit of not asking questions to things she doesn't completely understand, C'Leena is fairly sure. "Seriously. If theres something you don't get, please ask. Better for me to spend a little longer explaining something to you than you not understanding what is being said to you later down the line." Nephele doesn't usually have a hard time listening to what C'Leena is saying, but better to be safe than sorry. They are quite literally playing with blades.

Nephele doesn’t immediately respond to C’Leena’s question, humming in acknowledgement but not fully responding for a few extra seconds. She tilts her head slightly as she thinks of a way to respond, thinking aloud as she does.
“Hm… well, I’m not entirely sure.” She says honestly. “I don’t dislike it here. I think that I want to keep moving, as I’m not exactly keen on staying here too much longer. In the past few days however, I’ve been trying to look out for you. I can walk for miles without growing tired, and while you can as well, you’ve been going through a lot. I told you that first night that if you need time to heal, I’m willing to wait. That doesn’t just apply then. Besides, you’re having fun, right? That’s all I can ask for.”
Nephele then fell into silence, a certain finality to her tone. It was less dismissive and more “we’ll talk about this later”, and she kept her eyes on the road ahead with a broad smile on her face. C’Leena was strangely observant, though that wasn’t exactly a bad thing. She knew that unless she absolutely forgot, they would be having this conversation again. Nephele had her reasons though; it was getting cooler, which meant it was almost time for her to go back. From then, it would be an even more serious discussion. Maybe they’d talk about it later tonight.
Once they were situated at the clearing, Nephele found herself hanging onto every word, untying the blade and keeping it sheathed. Her eyes stayed on C’Leena as she spoke, and she tried to focus on her words to the best of her ability. As C’Leena said certain key points, she would repeat them under her breath, struggling to remember. She could listen to C’Leena for hours, but something about info-dumping made her poor brain spiral. C’Leena should have negated this fact from simply being, well, C’Leena. Sadly, it was very much like monk training all over again, where half of the things said flew through one ear and out the other. She understood the very bare bones of what she was saying though: flashy style, play dirty, does damage. Give or take a few words, that’s basically what she said, right?
Nephele’s brow was furrowed as she struggled to maintain those key points, nodding despite it. “I think I’m fine. I’m a more physical learner, so I think I’ll understand better by just doing it.” She answered after a moment. Nephele had questions, but they would be answered if she could just do, she figured.

"Alright. Let me know if you don't quite get it." She says before starting. C'Leena begins with the first stance by demonstrating it and explaining what she's doing and having Nephele try to copy it. Occasionally she'll use the stick to make a minor adjustment of Nepheles posture. This goes on for a decent amount of time, with C'Leena giving encouragement and support throughout it all.
The stances mostly focus around a lowered center of gravity. C'Leenas favorite is what is called the 'Fools Guard', It's the 4th stance and the one with the highest center of gravity. It consists of pointing the tip of the weapon diagonally downward in front of you to feign a bad guard. It's good if you're able to move out of the way of attacks consistently or if you can move the blade fast enough.
Once Nephele has gotten the individual stances down, she began simply calling out numbers, first in order, then at random. It's a bit tedious, but it's an incredibly watered-down version of what she had to learn.
Once C'Leena goes through the stances a few times with Nephele and feels like it should stick for now, C'Leena moves about 10 feet away from Nephele and shifts into a stance of her own. The plan here is to identify any poor habits with her swings and jabs. She's unconcerned about getting hit, however.
"En Garde, darling. You said you're a physical learner, hm? First stance, try to hit me. You wont. Probably. Hopefully. I have my trusty stick to save me if I can't move in time." She says with a smile on her face. She looks 100% unconcerned about possible injury. She has faith in Nephele not to gut her, but she also knows that she's probably never swung a rapier before.
C'Leena settles into her stance, on her face is both confidence and.. pride? Shes incredibly happy to be teaching Nephele something that had, in a way, saved her life. Without this, she wouldn't have been able to get acclimated to her prosthetics, AND she wouldn't have been able to save Nephele from the volcano. Thoughts for later, though.

Nephele wasn’t clumsy, per se, but she was stumbling around quite a bit. She had tried using a pole arm before, a bo staff specifically, but swords were still unfamiliar territory. The rapier was light, but it felt more like a too long arm. Luckily she eventually got the hang of it, learning fast as she fell into the poses with the help of C’Leena, only a few minor adjustments. Most issues came with Nephele’s foot positions, often standing too wide apart. Still, she asked no questions, determined to get it right without much help.
When C’Leena stepped away and proposed that Nephele swing and try to hit her, the nymph was nervous. She wasn’t confident by any means, but she knew that the only way to move up was to do a one-on-one thing
Her own style of martial arts had to do with precise movements too, but to this degree Nephele was 100% certain that if she took one misstep it would be wrong and she’d slip and all of these things—
“Alright…alright.”
No big deal, C’Leena isn’t expecting for her to actually land a hit, and if she is it’s not gonna be a good one. With that in mind, Nephele breathes in a slow, deliberate breath. With as much focus as she could, Nephele takes a step forward, her expression serious as she lunges.
The swing is wide and easy to block, but it’s fast. Nephele aims for the stick in C’Leena’s hand, swinging it more like she was swinging a kendo sword with one hand. She nearly stepped away last minute, but she tried her best to stifle the feeling of fear and—
And then she stumbled. Nephele had to take several steps forward to stop herself from falling over, letting out a cry of shock as she stepped wrong on her foot. Nephele nearly dropped the rapier in her haste, panicked as she quickly adjusted it so it didn’t fall on her foot. What C’Leena sees is a heavy swing, far too hard for what they were doing, and an almost comedic display of Nephele losing her footing, nearly falling, and yelling things in a panic as she narrowly avoided falling on her ass.

Nepheles nervousness was weirdly cute, and C'Leenas smile took on a kind quality as she prepared herself. Adjusting her stance slightly to be able to avoid the strike, she wasn't entirely expecting Nephele to swing that hard. Nor was she expecting her to stumble over her own feet.
Reacting quickly, C'Leena blinks1 forward, bats the rapier away so that it doesn't drop on Nepheles foot and steadies her. She's trying not to laugh, but it's incredibly obvious she found Nepheles blunder amusing to no end. "Honestly, solid first try. At least you didn't fall on your face on your first swing. I did, it wasn't fun." She says, both to reassure Nephele and to provide a bit of comedic relief.
Picking the rapier back up with magic2, she looks over the blade and cleans off the dirt from it before taking the blade itself in her hands and handing the rapier back to Nephele hilt first. "Try again. Don't swing too hard, alright? Don't aim for my weapon - or stick in this case -, aim for me and I'll react accordingly. Start off gentle and work your way up to where you feel comfortable. When it comes to this weapon, precision is better than power."
After handing off the weapon, she stepped back and retook her stance, sinking into her Fools Guard. Her free hand is behind her back and she still has her kind smile on. "Again. You've got this, darling, just do what feels right for now."

Nephele wanted to thank C'Leena for steadying her, but as soon as she looked up she couldn't help her flustered laugh: "Gods, don't laugh!" She said between her own giggles, batting C'Leena's hands away gently as soon as she gained her bearings.
"Okay, okay! Let's try again. Don't laugh." Nephele reiterated, taking the rapier back and getting back into position. It took her a little less time to concentrate, muttering to herself the pointers she was given about her stance as she prepared herself once again. Breathe in and out, focus. Rotating the weapon in her hand, Nephele's eyes narrowed as she took a step forward, not as fast. She really hated the idea of swinging at C'Leena with a blade, especially the real, sharp one that C'Leena herself used.
Still, Nephele trusted her. Sighing heavily through her nose, Nephele swung at C'Leena, a long upward swipe that was still fast but not as heavy. She found herself moving on tiptoe, much like she did when she was fighting unarmed. It wasn't exactly a flourishing movement, but it was much smoother.

C'Leena was trying not to laugh. She really, really was. A few steadying breaths recentered her. "I'm good! I'm good, I swear." She says before clearing her throat.
C'Leena took note of everything that Nephele was doing. Upward swipe, good speed, blade alignment is a bit finnicky but that's okay. Then C'Leena saw the big red flag. She was on her tip toes. Chance for a lesson! Nepheles only warning was a smirk before her burst of speed.
Weaving out of the way, in 2 quick and easy steps she reaches to the right side of Nephele, gives her a quick kiss and a little shove to throw her off balance. Not hard enough to put her on her ass, but just enough to make a point. "Better, much better, but you're on the balls of your feet. Heels down when you're moving in so you don't get thrown off balance as easily. And if you're lunging, might I suggest you thrust instead of swipe?"
As C'Leena says 'Thrust' and 'Swipe', she does those actions in demonstration. "The rapier, much like the Estoc, is primarily a thrusting weapon, and thus does it's job much better when you're stabbing into something rather than slicing it. First swing was good, though! Always room for improvement, but good nonetheless." She smiles kindly and kisses Nephele again before moving back into position.
"Again, petal."

Nephele nearly tumbled over again, but this time it wasn't as chaotic of a fall. She regained her balance, listening to her girlfriend's critiques with an attentive nod. At the mention of being on tiptoe though, Nephele had to physically look down to check, eyebrows furrowed. Often, Nephele's default was to stand on tiptoe, usually because she found it helped her move faster. It wasn't a stable movement by any means, but she found that she was quick enough that balance wasn't an issue in combat. Clearly, that didn't apply to sword fighting. She readjusted her position, though with some difficulty, and began again.
They went at this for another hour or so, Nephele getting the hang of the posturing and eventually getting the very basics of a swing down. She still had the urge to swing wider at times, but she would be checked on that immediately to her chagrin. ("I slipped, that shouldn't count!") At some point though, Nephele requested they stop for a little bit, needing water and time to move her hands without gloves. All was fine, but she certainly wasn't thrilled about being dehydrated. It seemed that Nephele needed more water than the average person, which admittedly made sense for her race, but she didn't seem to act like it. She also sweated more, and even though it usually dissolved within seconds, she tended to ignore it in favor of perfectionism. The fact that Nephele called a break before C'Leena did was a miracle.
Sitting on the ground, her pants and feet covered in dirt, Nephele gulped down her water. Some of it barely made it into her mouth, some trailing down her jaw as she cooled down. Her hair was coming out of the tie, which had grown out to passed her shoulders by this point in time.
Nephele looked at C'Leena, gesturing for her to join her with a tired smile. "Do you have a verdict for me? Or do you plan to hurt my feelings later?"

C'Leena was feeling good. Frankly, she had huge amounts of energy and would often keep going even when completely exhausted. When Nephele had called for a break, she let Nephele sit and take a bit to chill. In the meantime, C'Leena needed to expend some energy.
Walking to a nearby tree, she looks up at a low but sturdy branch. Planning her path up, she leaps up onto the side of the tree, using it to kick off and further up to grab a hold and hang from the branch. Pulling herself up, she sits on the branch, leans backward and flips herself upside down, hanging by nothing more than her knees.
Since gravity is a thing, her shirt also falls off her torso and covers her face. That was a minor oversight, but nothing that cannot be solved. The solution being completely removing the problem. With only a quick look around, she takes the shirt off and drops it to the ground, leaving C'Leena in her pants and a bra.
From there, she begins to do hanging sit ups. It's been a while since she's actively worked out so why not now? She's got time and energy to burn. She continues doing these as Nephele recuperates. C'Leena has almost entirely entered her own world as she does her hanging sit ups and is only snapped out of it when Nephele speaks to her.
Seeing her beckon C'Leena over, she smiles and drops down, flipping midair to land on her feet as she picks her shirt back up, walks over and sits down next to Nephele. A light film of sweat coats her skin as she sits and leans back on her elbows. "Honestly, I'm giving you the watered down version of my lessons. Unless you want to go through weeks of theory work before even touching that rapier, it'll keep that way. Plus, unless you want to actually get serious with using that, I don't expect you to be too combat proficient.
"Having said that, I think you did pretty well for your first shot. Sure, there were some hiccups but you learn pretty quick. Might be able to beat me in a fight in.. a few years at this rate!" she says, lightly nudging Nephele in a joking manner. She chuckles and shuffles closer to Nephele slightly and leans her head on Nepheles arm.
There is a certain kind of trust that C'Leena has in Nephele. See, C'Leena is still incredibly insecure about her scars, and will cover them or shift away if Nephele is caught looking a bit too intensely, but the mere fact that C'Leena has them uncovered at all? She's certain that the only other person to see them would've been Rose. There is always the quiet whispers in the back of her mind that spread seeds of fear and doubt when she has the scars uncovered around Nephele, but with an amount of will that C'Leena is going to pretend is much, much less than reality, she squashes those fears and doubts and leans into Nephele just a little more.
"You sweat a lot, too. You should drink more water, petal. Don't want you dehydrating yourself." She chides softly. Frankly, she's simply looking for something to talk about right now.

Nephele kept her eyes on C’Leena as she walked over, listening to her critiques and smiling a little wider when she leaned against her. So she wasn’t horrendous, that was good. Nephele did take a little offense to the few years bit, slapping C’Leena’s shoulder with a playful huff.
“Rude! I’m not good with a blade, or anything really other than my hands.” Nephele said, completely missing the unintentional innuendo. “But thank you for teaching me, I’m glad you thought I was worth the time. I think it’s a good skill to have, perhaps I’ll explore it more later. Wait until I teach you some of what I know.” Nephele added, poking C’Leena in the side with an impish smirk.
At the comment about sweat, Nephele actually laughed. “You’re probably right, I’m always dehydrated though. I don’t think I’ll ever not be, with my genetics. Did you know that nymphs usually don’t live long away from bodies of water? The longest is usually a few days, but it’s been almost eighteen years for me.”
Nephele reached over to hold one of C’Leena’s hands, counting and recounting the fingers, studying them. C’Leena seemed to really like acts of physical affection, which was perfect for her. Physical touch for Nephele was sacred between individuals, having never touched another person unless it was to protect or kill. C’Leena broke that, never touching someone out of pure affection before. It actually scared Nephele in the beginning, which is why she was extra careful to not to touch C’Leena on her scars as much as she could now.

In the modern world, everyone had access to the internet. This had it's upsides, but it also came with plenty of downsides. One of which was that it made almost everyone into the dirtiest minded individuals around. So, the unintentional innuendo did not fly over C'Leenas head as she looked up at Nephele with a playful smirk.
"Good with your hands, hm? I look forward to learning~" She says in a mildly suggestive tone, not elaborating further. At this point, she just likes teasing the hell out of Nephele. Her reactions are always adorable. Will it kick her in the ass someday? Absolutely. Will she stop anytime soon? Hell no.
C'Leena took on a look of minor concern at Nephele mentioning she's always dehydrated. "I bloody well hope you're exaggerating there, dal'n. You sure that's normal? I may not be well versed in Fey anatomy and whatnot, but being dehydrated is a very bad thing." C'Leena takes her free hand and lightly pinches and pulls on the skin at the back of Nepheles hand before letting the skin go. Seemingly satisfied with whatever that was, she brings Nepheles hand up and kisses the back of it. "Just remember to drink when you feel thirsty, mkay?"
Both ironically and unsurprisingly, C'Leena was a very tactile person and made it no secret. C'Leena loves feeling the unique cold of Nepheles body temperature, despite her initial concern about it. It's always comforted her, and her body temperature is so jarring that it's hard to feign it in a dream. That has been.. extremely important as of late since her nightmares apparently like the new person they can torment C'Leena with.
Right now, though? She's loving these moments. The 'feeling' of Nepheles hand in her own, the sensation of cold in her palm and against the side of her face. It's always the small things that mean the most to her. She doesn't want this moment to end. It's such a minor thing; Nephele and C'Leena taking a break after training, but the mere act of Nephele holding onto C'Leena's hand and counting the fingers means the world.

Nephele had to pause to process what C'Leena said, and when she did another slap was landed on her arm, her face ablaze once again. "Oh my- you and that mouth of yours." Nephele huffed. Truly, she didn't know how many times she'd accidentally said anything that could be taken as something slightly suggestive. Now was a good example, as she quickly bit out a quick: "Hush! Doesn't count."
Her annoyance was very short lived though, as she busied herself with C'Leena's hands again with a shy smile. Did they look like this before? They were cold enough that Nephele could feel that they weren't exactly skin and muscle, but knowing that C'Leena could feel through them for even a little bit gave her hope. Nephele used to be read palms; maybe she'd read C'Leena's some day.
"I will, I will. It's very normal though... at least, I think it is." Nephele's brow drew together in thought, letting her mind lag behind as she talked again. She didn't have anything to hide anyway, and C'Leena liked to learn evidently. "Nymphs are bound to the water. They usually don't leave unless they're forced or they're with child. It's a strange phenomenon, when you see one away from their source. When they give birth it's usually on land, but my mother was away from land and water when I was born. It's why I look so strange."
Nephele had never spoken about this before, and she placed her palm against C'Leena's to measure. A clear coping mechanism. "I'm dehydrated because my body is drawn to water, and if I were to stay in water long enough, I'd be almost invisible to the human eye. I'll show you what I mean, next time we're by a river." Nephele turned her head, kissing just beneath C'Leena's scars on her upper arm. Still ever so conscientious.

C'Leena laughed as Nephele chided her. The overwhelming urge to push her luck was a difficult one to push down. Nephele kept handing sentences she could warp on silver platters. I mean come on. 'You and that mouth of yours'? That practically begs for it to be twisted into something.
Her struggle is borderline visible, but alas, it's a losing battle. "I'm sure you'd like to know about this mou-DAMMIT. I tried to keep that retort away! You keep handing me these on silver platters!" She almost whines. She still has a shit-eating grin on her face, but her words are honest, at least.
C'Leena listened intently to what Nephele had to say. It was all really interesting to learn about the people that Nephele came from, and C'Leenas focus on the conversation is evident. She's always keen on learning about Nephele, and this is yet another chance to. She's figuring out the puzzle that is Nephele, and loving every second of it.
"Wait wait, invisible? How in the hell does that work? Back on earth, there are fish n' crap that are transparent and can change their camouflage like squids, but I have absolutely no clue on how that actually works." She looks confused but intrigued at the possibility of Nephele just turning invisible in water.
"Also, what do you mean by looking strange? Is your appearance different from other Nymphs?" Her eyes widen as a little smile begins to form. "Oh my god wait, is it the eyes? Am I dating a one-of-a-kind because of your eyes? God okay, I know I've told you this a billion times already, but I fucken love your eyes! They're so pretty! Seriously, puts my own eyes to shame." She says all too quickly, the smile growing with each word. She doesn't expect it to be her eyes, but it was a way to segue into a compliment. C'Leena smiles further with the kiss to her shoulder.
"But yeah, you definitely do need to show me that invisibility stuff at some point. I think that would be sick as all hell. Dude, I want to turn invisible in water too." She pouts in an overly exaggerated way, with the puffed out lips and everything. She can't keep it up long, though since she starts softly chuckling to herself. It's the little things.

Nephele smiled, endeared that C’Leena was so interested. It was such a nice thing, to be able to talk about these things. She used to hate talking about herself, finding it a useless thing. People usually didn’t stick around long enough to learn about her or her people. Truly, the fey were the only ones who knew how the fey worked, and even then there were some things that they’d never understand.
“Nymphs are more so spirits of the water than anything else, like dryads and ents, which are spirits of trees. It’s a form of camouflage, like you say,” Nephele explained, shyly continuing on. How often did one usually talk about themselves without feeling strange? “If Callythia were to step into a shallow river, she could sink to the bottom and literally become the water itself, liquifying. I can only turn invisible. I don’t look like most because I look more like a spirit of the sky and air, rather than water. If you were to gaze upon my mother, we would look almost nothing alike aside from our facial features.”
“The eyes though…” Nephele paused, thinking. For once, she looked oddly perplexed. “I get them from my father, I think. My mother used to stare into mine all the time, but there were other days she couldn’t even look at me… I didn’t always have them though. They used to be completely white, just like hers, until we left the Land of Wonder.”
"Don't say that about your eyes, they're beautiful." Nephele then had an idea, deciding that she might as well get C’Leena back, even just enough to make her blush. Nephele turned her face to look at C’Leena turning her face to look into her eyes, cupping her face and holding her close. She didn’t kiss her, only stared intensely, holding them there. She then broke the silence, with her voice viscously warm and dead serious. “Cee, if I were to part from your gaze for even a moment I’d be remiss, invisible or not. Even in the darkest waters, my eyes would find yours. I don't know what I'd do if you were to vanish from my sight... I'd likely go mad. You’d do well to not hide from me, agápi mou.1 Tha se évriska káthe forá.2” It was strange, while Nephele was flirting (and laying it on heavy, gods above and below) there was not an ounce of a joke to her voice. It was strangely playful, and yet every word was said with a tone so serious that it looked like she was delivering a hymn to an actual goddess. Devotion, adoration, love. It was all there.
Translator Notes 1"my love" 2"I'd find you every time."

C'Leena has heard Nephele dip into greek enough to recognize 'My Love', but she doesn't actually know greek so she has absolutely no idea what the second part of what she said was. There was something about her voice that made whatever she said a promise. And you know what? She's not one to shy away from facts; She was into it. So yes, she did blush, but now it's becoming competitive.
"While I'm not a 100% sure on what you said, it sounded like you're flirting with me, darling. Did my abs of steel do it for you?" she lightly teases before cupping one of Nepheles hands. "You're certain you want to go down this route? I'll pull out the voice again if this is the route you want to go down." Suddenly, her smile took on that almost sinister grin from that morning as her hand went from Nepheles own to her chin.
"Hm. Perhaps I'll do it anyway." Like a switch flipped, her voice has retaken that husky velvet timbre. She readjusts her position to be eye level with Nephele, then proceeds to somehow convey demand with a gentle push. Softly moving Nephele onto her back, C'Leena leans down slightly to look at Nephele in her eyes. C'Leenas own eyes flicker and change into what seem to be normal eyes, but instead of the previous smoke grey iris, it's now a brilliant gold. She seems aware of this change as her smirk widens just a touch.
Before she starts speaking, C'Leena dips down and kisses Nephele directly on the lips. It's the sort of kiss that goes on for what feels like eternity but not long enough, and you swear you can still feel it after she pulls away. Her smirk hasn't vanished in the slightest, instead having widened at some point during the kiss.
"Let me explain the situation to you, my little petal. I love you more than the sun in the blue sky and the stars in the darkest of nights. But darling, let me put it to you straight. You're mine, and mine alone, as I am yours. There's simply no other way to put it."
"Now, you keep flirting with me, knowing exactly what's going to happen, yes? What was going through your little mind when I did this before, hm? What's going through it now? Why don't you enlighten me?" She says slowly, extending each moment for as long as it'll go. Her eyebrows rise a little as she comes to a realization. "Oh my, perhaps you wanted this to happen again. Am I wrong in that regard, petal? Come on, you can tell me, I won't bite." There feels to be an unsaid "Maybe" at the end of that sentence.
Now, C'Leena has never flirted seriously before Nephele, so right now she's figuring it out as she goes. Good thing that Nephele gets flustered easily! She can't be made fun of for not being a good flirt! Huzzah for distraction!
