The triton rolled his eyes as he heard his bro’s excuse and held still whirling his polearms in the air again intent on beating down the feral beast in front of them. The rat dude was starting to get on Vonoros’s good side. His perseverance and fertility were traits that the man respected and even if they were meeting their match here he couldn’t help but feel excited. He quickly jumped back as he saw flames spew out from Shaa’s mouth not wanting to get burnt in the crossfire. He raised his polearms again and was about to swing them at the rat once more when suddenly he heard a booming voice behind them.
“Oh no Shaa-Bro it looks like we’ve been spotted”, the triton exclaimed as he looked at the giant man armed with a club. The man tapped his feet together filling them with magical energy and jumped up as the club smashed into the table he landed on the club itself and stuck his tongue out to Rygash, annoyed he’d interrupted his fun.
Rygash glared at him confused at the situation but brought his club up again and was about to hit Vonoros when suddenly as he turned back and started to run across the table he felt weird. His stomach hurt again and he felt his entire body stretch and grow at a rapid rate pulling it, his body contorting until he stood back at his normal height. He crouches trying to regain his bearings after growing back to normal and glares at Rygash remembering how he tried to club him only seconds before.

As the world stops spinning, the Minotaur can only see blurs of color in front of him and a cacophony of sound in his head. Slowly, everything starts coming back into focus. He is his normal size again. He is also surrounded by several surprised and confused onlookers who were wondering where he and his new friend came from.
Over at the table, Rygash calls out in surprise. Ohhh! Shaa my friend! Was that you? I am so sorry, I had no way of knowing. I thought it was a rat! Shaa’s eyes go wide. The rat! Where was that twitchy bastard. He quickly scans the table, knocking bowls of food out of the way to try and find it. Out of the corner of his eye, he spies a flash of motion and a tail escape out under the tent curtain. Well played rat. Well played. But I don’t forget a face. If I see you again…. He threatened under his breath.
Rygash runs up to him and touches his arms to see if he is fine. Are you really ok? Shaa waves him off and assures him he is fine and doesn’t hold a grudge. Yeah, we drank some janky potion and got ourselves shrunk. Where in the world did that come from. Rygash shrugs. I’m sorry, we have had lots of vendors bringing stuff in all day. No way to know now. Shaa shakes his head. Bro you need to up your screening process. Not too much though, I can always use the odd job. Rygash laughs, relived he can joke about it. Of course my friend, any time. Shaa turns to Vonoros.
Hey man that was trippy but it was fun hanging with you. We should do this again sometime. He rubs his sore hindquarters a bit. Well maybe not this exactly but another day.

Vonoros stands up and shakes his limbs around trying to shake off the lingering feeling of growing back up.
He then turns to Shaa as he calls out to him, “Yeah dude even though that was super weird and trippy I did enjoy hanging with you. We should hang out some other time as well. I'd be so down if any other adventure is as entertaining as this one was”.
He then waves Shaa goodbye and turns the other way, determined to kill his target quickly and leave without a trace. After a few minutes of searching as he looked, he found him alone just sitting down and catching his breath. He quickly pulled his bladed fan out and as the other man had his back turned he ran his blade through his neck killing him off guard and taking the man’s necklace with him as proof of his deed for his employer. He quickly sprints the other way and only hears a loud shriek in the distance but he doesn’t look back and continues running. He eventually makes it back, turns his evidence in, and collects the reward thinking back on his adventure with laughter as he stands leaning against a random alley’s wall.
