T’alia’mei “Thalia” Fellstar
"My name here and everywhere else is Thalia, Thalia Fellstar."
Gender: Female
Age: 218
Race: Moon Elf
Nationality: Eclipse City, Moonglades
Height: 5'6
Voice Claim: Elsie Lovelock
Appearance
Thalia is a pallid moon elf woman, standing at just above 5'6. She has medium-length wavy white hair that brushes her neck and collar, with bangs that cover her forehead. Thalia wears an eyepatch over her left eye, which appears to be sewn around it. On the eyepatch is a drawn-on pink-ish green eye that matches her intact right one. Thalia also has a deep scar stretching from her jaw to the right side of her chin, caused by a jagged blade that never seemed to fully heal. She typically wears cropped clothing and tight pants, adorning a long red, sleeveless cardigan.
Personality
Thalia is a fiercely loyal and independent woman from the Moonglades. Thalia developed a sense of personal responsibility pretty early in her life, making her an “easy child” in stark comparison to her twin brother. Around peers she’s a source of laughter and energetic kindness, quick to jump into conversations without being invited or to swap tales with a stranger over some wine. She cares a great deal about her appearance, appearing vain to some. To others, she is simply a being of controlled chaos; only some things are allowed to go wrong around her. As such, Thalia is also prone to overthinking due to past trauma, and has a bit of an inferiority complex. To Thalia’s enemies, she is just as fierce an enemy as a friend, often not going down without a hard-fought fight.
What She Will Tell You
Thalia was born T'alia’mei Fellstar just over 200 years ago to her parents Thelma and G’haan Fellstar. She and her twin brother, Ty’rei, grew up in Eclipse City happily, living an ordinary life where their father was a tradesman who helped with the import and export of goods by the harbor of the city, whilst their mother mostly spent most of her days in the Temple of the Moon. Because of them not being home too often, Thalia and her brother were essentially latchkey kids, running around and cooking, cleaning, playing, and doing everything they could to live. Ty’rei, who Thalia referred to as Ty, preferred to follow her around rather than lead, essentially holding the toolbox while Thalia selected from its contents. Ty was passive, refusing to take the first step to do anything including speak to their parents about trivial matters. Despite it though, they were nearly inseparable their whole lives...well, most of it.
One day, Ty went missing. Thalia searched for him everywhere, but after coming up empty-handed, her community started to get involved themselves. They couldn't find him for weeks, and when all felt hopeless, Ty returned a month later. He was weak looking and hungry, but intact at the very least. Thalia refused to let him out of her sight for years, terrified of leaving him ever again.
From that day forward, Thalia and Ty grew tense around each other. Whatever spark that had been there before was a husk of their previous bond, almost at each others throats within minutes. Ty's personality was completely foreign to her, becoming cruel and aggressive. Thalia didn't take it personally at first, but after a few years of this she began to grow irritated with his attitude. Eventually, what started as a confrontation devolved into a physical altercation between the twins, to the point where it got violent. He left after the fight, leaving Thalia to tend to her wounds. While Thalia doesn't say much about what exactly happened that night, Ty disappeared once again and she hasn't seen him in over 50 years.
To this day Thalia passively searches for her brother, but she's almost too fearful to hunt him down. Thalia has also never told anyone the story behind her eye, and she's certain she'll die with that knowledge.

What Actually Happened
(major spoilers ahead for her character, also TW for excessive gore)
The night that Thalia fought with her brother, it got physical. How physical is something Thalia usually fails to mention, as she didn't escape with her life. Several stab and slash wounds in her legs and back, and an incomplete beheading later, Thalia's father came home to Ty gone and his daughter brutally murdered. On the walls there was a symbol of a snake enveloping and swallowing the sun drawn in blood. She was rushed to the Temple of the Moon by her hysterical father, begging them to resurrect her. They sewed up her neck and did their best to resurrect her, but something was wrong. The healers were disrupted by an attack outside, having to stop the resurrection midway through. Thalia rose during the attack unexpectedly, in excruciating pain and not quite there. She was erratic, panicked, and angry. Her father, G'Haan, tried pinning her down, trying to speak to her furious spirit. He ended up killing her again, stabbing her in the left eye repeatedly until she stopped moving. The healers eventually returned to finish the resurrection, trying to console a furious G'Haan. Eventually she rose properly...kind of. Thalia still remembered everything, every ounce of pain and every sound, and she knew she wasn't 100% alive anymore. Her heart beat too slow, her pain tolerance had spiked, and her body didn't heal properly. She still feels wrong, and her parents regard her as a demon come to possess her body. As a coping mechanism, Thalia vowed to pay her parents back, had they just named a price. 50,000, for the resurrection, for raising her and her brother, for raising Thalia from the dead twice technically, and for her continuing to live as a permanent on her family's reputation.
