Proparox
Gender: Male
Age: Looks like 30
Race: Half-elf
Nationality: Winter's Crown
Appearance: The silver iris in Proparox eyes makes him look like a blind person if you don't pay attention. The scar above his left eye can make you think he lost his vision in a fight. But no, his iris is just extremely light in color. Which makes a big contrast with the long black hair and the black clothes he used to wear. Bellow the clothes and the hair are a lot of other scars, proof of the hard life he had until today. He already lost count of how many marks he has on his head, back, thorax, arms, and legs. His medium size and skinny body help him to be discreet and agile.
Personality: Curiosity could be his most remarkable trait, at least until he was imprisoned. After so many years of being treated like an animal, he changed. Some could say he is "stoic", but that is not true. He just lost all his social skills. He is a paradox, he wants to be close to other people and to have friends, but any social interaction makes him anxious. His intelligence also contrasts with his almost random emotional response to various situations. Sometimes when you expect him to rage, he just laughs. Sometimes when you expect him to be brave, he freezes. Sometimes when you expect him to run for his life, he'll fight in a suicidal style.
History: Proparox grew up with his human mother, Helia, in the cold Winter's Crown. Never met his father and, to be sincere, he doesn't care about it. But the life of a single mother in a harsh environment is not easy, she worked hard to raise Proparox but was never enough to have even the basic. Some people in their community always helped them, others treated Helia like she had some kind of disease. Helia didn't let this affect her and shielded her son as long she could, always showing herself as a happy person. But in his teenage years, he met reality. People mistreating and abusing his mother. He tried to work, but the long nights in his country didn't help. So he started stealing food from the nobles and became very good at it. Until one day he made a mistake, attempting a more spectacular escape than was necessary. He was caught and send to prison, a solitary cell for 5 years. He just didn't get worst because one guard always bring books with the food, so he read everything he could about every topic. It was supposed to be more, but he escaped one day when they would give him a bath and cut his hair. He only had time to say goodbye to his mother before leaving the country. Now he wants to buy a nice house to bring her to live the good life she always deserved.
Everything he sees in every place he passes just makes him hate the nobility and the monarchy more and more. He would assemble a revolutionary group if he could, but his social skills after the prison are below terrible.
