Ymirr Frostborne
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Race: Undead Human/Draugr
Nationality: Frost Gale
Appearance: Despite otherwise appearing to be an ordinary human, Ymirr is a draugr or undead. Her body is cold and scarred, you won't see a hint of her breath on the cold air. Standing around 6'2 and weighing 192 pounds, she has white hair and pale completion with beautiful cloudy blue eyes. She adorns herself in white furs to blend into the snow and has a modicum of leather and steel to protect her vital organs, not that she needs those anymore.
Personality: Some would describe Ymirr as stoic or rude, but really, she's just anti-social and oblivious to etiquette and social expectations. Her past and current affliction makes her slow to trust, to her, those who seem the fairest often have the most to hide. Despite this, she has lots of empathy for those around her. If someone is in trouble, she will always be ready to lend a helping hand and tends to call everyone she meets by pet names: honey, chief, sweetie, kiddo, slugger, darlin’. It’s something she picked up from an old friend. It seems old habits really do die hard.
History: Ymirr was ounce a proud knight and lead her own small band of mercenaries. On a job many years ago, She and her band of misfits were investigating an old cemetery that sat all on it's own out in the Ice fields. It had been the subject of many nasty rumors about necromancy and witchcraft. Upon arriving they had discovered that the place was indeed home to a necromancer, a long battle ensued and many of her comrades died on her orders. When the dust settled the necromancer was gone and she had but a handful of soldiers left. The battle had wounded her badly, the other survivors were not much better off. Those left standing where exhausted and freezing, they could not risk carrying the wounded back to civilization or they would all perish. So they sat with their fallen and wounded, comforting them, till they had passed. After which they would bury them there, in the graveyard of the cemetery. They had placed their now dead captain in a stone tomb near the center of the cemetery, where she would later awake within, confused and changed. Where is the necromancer? Why is she alive? Where are her friends? How long has it been? So many questions she needed answered.
