Light | Light | By touching an object, Val can impart it with a small amount of energy, causing it to glow momentarily. | A simple spell that allows you to create a small light, whether in your hand or on an object. This light illuminates a small area around you or the object you have illuminated. This light is considered magically in effect. |
Luminant Glow | Light | Like Light, but silver | Casting this spell on a person or object will cause a very faint, silvery glow to emanate around it for the next two post. This glow can be used to illuminate a dark area or mark an object you wish to keep track of. It's a useful spell for tracking enemies, as the glow remains even if they go unseen or invisible and will follow them if they move. Can be cast once per topic. |
Major Healing | Light | Though magic can do much of the heavy lifting, Val also makes use of homemade poultices and salves to aid in healing common wounds. | A healing spell that heals the target of all wounds, regardless of how severe. This will heal them of deep wounds such as cuts or gashes. It will also heal them from things like burns or wounds that may prevent them from continuing on. This will not return any lost limb or organs however and you must touch the target to use this spell. |
Plant Growth | Earth | As a nature spirit, Val is capable of inducing growth in whatever plant life exists in the area. She can also magically grow native plant life in a very small area. | You can cause a small amount of vegetation to spring up in an area or on an object, causing things like grass, weeds or vines to grown over a surface. This vegetation will slowly grow over the course of time then stop when the area is filled. |
Stone Hands | Earth | Pushing energy through her oak skin, Val causes oak bark to grow up her arms, allowing her to impart earth damage and protecting her from minor damage. | Both arms, from shoulder to fist, gets coated in thick hardy stone. This stone coats over any armor and forces the hand closed, encasing them in stone fist. This allows the caster to strike with both stone fist, acting like clubs attached to their fist. The stone also acts as a barrier, protecting them from light wounds like cuts or scratches. -Deals earth damage- |
Mold Earth | Earth | Using a technique taught to her by Aconite, Val can shape earth or stone bit by bit. By understanding the natural flow of the earth, Val can enact meaningful outcomes with minimal changes. | This spell allows the user to manipulate or shape a small amount of earth, changing its shape or position. This includes moving things like rocks or slabs of stone across the earth, or creating small holes or caverns in a hill. This spell does not cause damage and can only be used on pre-existing earth, natural or magically. |

Skeletal Arm | Valerian brought this skeletal limb out of the Marsh Flats. It contains hints of malevolent energy which Val can utilize to control it. Lloyd helped her attach it around her right shoulder blade, and Val usually keeps it hidden under her robes. | You gain a normal human arm from the shoulder down that gets grafted anywhere onto your body (can replace a severed limb) except it is just bone, a single skeleton's arm. This arm can be used just like any normal arm but is completely indestructible. The bone can not be cut through and takes no damage. You can only have one of these grafts |
Baloth Muscles(Skeletal Arm) | Muscle and sinew wrap around the structure of Val's skeletal arm like vines, allowing her to restructure walls, doors, or otherwise move her arm in crude but powerful ways. | Key muscles in a specific arm or leg is replaced with Baloth muscles, increasing the effect that limb has on structures. It is now extremely easy for the bearer to use said limb to rip through doors, knock down walls, or break holes in structures such as created walls or blocked door ways. This graft applies to a single limb but can be purchased multiple times. |
Bull's Strength Tattoo | A carving of a Luna Moth with its wings outstretched. Carved into Val's left shoulder by Dante, it allows Val to accomplish feats of strength. | This tattoo increases your normal strength, making you twice as strong as you normally would. This is a latent tattoo that is always in effect, making you permanently strong. This tattoo does not stack with itself or other strength buffing items. -Can only get this tattoo once- |
