Description
The Desert Rose Apothecary is an apothecary, medical practice, and alchemist's shop located within the Oasis of Zeinav Desert, currently owned and operated by Kvasir Sigurros. It is located on the outskirts of the trading post, closer to the actual major body of water. It's a lovely building, with a carefully-maintained body of water flowing through it to sustain the plantlife within, with the architecture formed in an echo of older Zeinavian styles. The entire thing is lavished with carefully-cared for plants (and usually a few potion bottles), and it doubles as Kvasir's practice on the first floor and his home on the second.

The First Floor
Storefront
The storefront of The Desert Rose is a rather beautiful, well-kept space; there are shelves lined with various different medicinal products, from herb packages for poultices to actual potions and capsules, with some of them locked behind little light magic walls to prevent any unwelcome access. There are various flowers adorning every crevice of the place, each of them purely decorative in nature-- Kvasir uses his floral gloves in order to keep them replenished when the originals wilt. There are some cushioned benches set up in an area off to the side, away from the shelves, and the counter also has myriad potions locked away in special shelves behind it. It's very neat, all in all.
The only things in the entire place with a price label are some of the potions. Kvasir doesn't charge a Solar for his actual medical services.
Assessment Room/Office
Kvasir's medical office and space to visit with ailing patients who visit-- it's a large space that he's set up a divider within, keeping his office sequestered from the actual examination area. There is a cot, various basic medical supplies, particularly those necessary for basic examinations, and other such vital things. The entire place is agonizingly clean and protective gear is always kept in place-- he doesn't allow any other inhabitants of the house in the area specifically because it is vital to him that it is always perfectly sanitized. He's a bit neurotic about it, truth be told-- this is also exemplified by the detailed routine he has listed on his desk...

Greenhouse
The greenhouse is an attachment onto the Apothecary, and directly connects onto it; the indoor river starts here and ends around Wit's room, intended to sustain multiple marine flowers. The greenhouse is massive, with multiple plants from multiple areas of Charon, with parts of it magically sectioned off in order to allow for cultivation of plants from more extreme climates and locations, like volcanic flowers of the Ash Lands or the frozen organisms of the Frost Gale. It is quite a sight to behold, and everything is very carefully labeled, with extraordinarily detailed instructions on how to care for every plant plastered next to each section of the greenhouse. There is even a hand-written codex of details about the plants within the greenhouse set up at the entrance, with the details of the instructions carefully replicated.
This is also the section of the apothecary where the utterly ludicrous number of moths stay to play, though they tend to linger in the Moonglade section for the artificial darkness and bright lights.
The Second Floor
Kvasir's Room
Kvasir's room can best be described as artfully chaotic; it is hardly neat by the definition of most people, but there's an order to the clutter. The windowsill is lined with potted plants of multiple origins, each with different soils from their respective homelands, and light strings made from Lantern Light bulbs are strung from the ceiling, accompanied by a few more traditional Zeinavian candlelit lanterns. His workspace takes up the majority of the room, with endless shelves storing potion bottles, medical notes, samples, and myriad other such things wrapping around a desk space. Nearly the entire space is designed for practicality above comfort, but there is a corner with a comfortable Zeinavian chaise lounge and coffee table where he tends to sit and drink tea when he needs to clear his mind, a dresser with a mirror adorned with various forms of makeup and bath oils, and of course, his bed, which is of a fair size and swamped with colorful handmade quilts. There is a door leading to a bathroom, which has a stupidly nice bath, which is arguably Kvasir's favorite part of the house.
Most notable above all would be the notes pinned to a bulletin board hung on his wall-- most of them have sketches of plants or medical notes, but what stands out is a clean sheet of parchment with five things scrawled across it in list form: Kvasir's name, his father's name, his job and birthplace, an odd denial, and the person who matters most to him.
Morrigan's Room
Morrigan’s room, much like the inhabitant themselves, is an explosion of loud, messy colors and odd trinkets. A handful of large, ornate rugs in different shapes and sizes span the floor, each with a different pattern, and most of them designed to resemble runes and spells. Along the far wall hangs an intricate tapestry that looks like it was partially stitched from the fabric of circus tents. The tapestry depicts the sun and moon swirling around one another, surrounded by a plethora of stars that looks like it depicts a star map. Morrigan’s bed itself is a warzone of elegant pillows and blankets. While most of Morrigan’s work takes place in their wagon, their room has a small workstation dedicated to potion crafting that is constantly covered in glass vials, potion components, and whenever Morrigan is here, something nefarious always seems to be boiling in the cauldron next to the table. Sparkling alchemical lamps attached to strings hang from the ceiling, glowing in a plethora of colors. The most frightening part of Morrigan’s room, however, where only the most courageous dare to tread, is the closet, which is overstuffed with the latest fashions from all countries, as well as any kind of jewelry one could imagine. There is also a chest of Morrigan’s old personal things that has been moved here from the wagon, one that remains permanently locked and hidden beneath a large pile of dresses. No one is allowed to touch that particular chest, which contains a few items from Morrigan’s youth, including a single candle that remains unlit to this day.
Nyr's Room
Nyr's bedroom is just on the cozy side of cramped. There is an antique bedframe pushed against the far left corner of the room under a sunny window, with several blankets in shades of dark blue and cream colors thrown across the bed, accompanied by mismatched pillows in similar colors. The actual walls of the room can barely be seen as they are mostly covered by shelves stocked to nearly full with various bottles and plants and books Nyr uses in his medicinal studies- And a few are just there for fun as well. The right wall is occupied with a work desk covered in various notebooks and half-finished projects as well as plant clippings he is in the process of carefully drying to preserve them for his own personal documentation. The floor is covered with a thick Zenavian-style rug, and any free space in the room is decorated with small trinkets and tapestries he's collected since settling in the Oasis. There is a small wardrobe on the wall across from the bed that houses several outfits Nyr has bought from the Oasis Markets, and the ceiling of the room is decorated with what appears to be a hand-painted star-map in gold over a background of deep blue.
Kitchen/Dining Room
The kitchen doubles as a dining area, with a central counter doubling as a miniature bartop, with a few cushioned barstools set up there. The kitchen itself is well stocked with cabinets full of handmade spices and herbs, and there's usually a basket of various kinds of fruits set up at the corner of the inner counters. One of the cabinets is locked-- this is the liquor cabinet, which stores various Zeinavian wines, some arak, spiced orange liquor, and some Moonglade spirits. There's a proper table with four cushioned chairs, but one of them has a little stepstool next to it-- this is for Wit, to make it easier for him to get up, even if he doesn't necessarily join for traditional dinners.
Study
The study is a multi-purpose work space for everyone in the household; this place's condition depends on who was last in it, and it is typically full of notes and potion bottles and other such wild components that couldn't be handled in individual living quarters. The study has a section set apart specifically for alchemical work.
Lounge
The lounge is the most well-lit part of Kvasir's house-- the ceiling has a glass section that lets sunlight and starlight alike in, and also allows for stargazing. There are multiple chaise lounges and armchairs adorned with comfortable pillows and quilts, and the floor is covered in a floral-patterned carpet. There tend to be books scattered everywhere, and there's a coffee table set at the center of it all. It's meant to be quite cozy-- it serves as a nice makeshift guest room for visitors, as everything in the place is covered in cushions and blankets.
