Appearance: Tsarra Krisrel is a female triton pirate. She is easily identified by her patterned skin and layered fins which resemble a lionfish, and worn clothing. Her favorite outfit includes a tattered pirate hat as well as a blood-stained heavy leather coat that is way too large for her comparably small frame.
Personality: Tsarra is an up-and-comer of the pirate world. She dreams of captaining her own crew and ship one day. Many of her most treasured possession are trophies taken from rival pirates’ coves and shipwrecks. Having a smuggling background, she likes all that glitters and has a nasty habit of going to extremes to get what she desires. Her skill with rapiers is only overshadowed by her shrewd cruelty. She is not above violence and can be quick to retaliation should someone slight her.
History: Tsarra’s mom and dad were smugglers by trade and actually met on the job when they were recruited to work the same routes around the Luna Sea. They opened a small bar on the coast of the Crescent Isle when they decided to settle down and start a family. Known locally for its two stories, their establishment has one level up on the docks to serve landwalking patrons while the lower level is completely submerged to serve a more aquatic clientele.
Tsarra is the youngest of three kids they had and was by far the most troublesome of the kids. She was constantly defiant and hanging around with the wrong crowd. She got into gambling at a young age and even broke into a few places just to prove she could. Her parents and older siblings were continually frustrated with the trouble she brought home. Whenever they would ground her or try to keep her out of trouble, she would simply run away for a week and live on the streets before coming back as if nothing happened.
When her parents passed away, she didn’t even go to the funeral which infuriated her siblings. She told them she had no interest in running the bar and instead left her siblings to fulfill their parents’ will. The departure was not a graceful one and the words exchanged between the siblings were far from kind. The only thing she took from her parents’ belongings was an old map from her parents’ smuggling days and managed to use that information to get into the business herself… Oh, and she took a good chunk of the inheritance left to her siblings.
After a time, Tsarra ended up on the crew of Captain Laresha Adol on a 'privateering' ship known as the Summer's Serenade. She serves on it to this day, but she still dreams of being a captain herself one day.
Captain Laresha Adol – a female dark crimson winged fellblood. She is a highly intimidating ship captain with a reputation that makes bounty hunters run in the opposite direction if they see her approach. Rumor is that her silver tongue cause people to willingly throw themselves overboard and drown at sea or walk into open flames to burn alive.
Marine – a beautiful female sea elf that Tsarra has a small crush on. She has teal skin and curly deep green hair. Marine taught Tsarra a lot about being a swashbuckler rogue. She is the first mate of the crew.
Lenard Becker – a human male with deeply tanned skin and black hair with a seemingly permanent 5 o’clock shadow. Extremely strong and muscular (with a healthy aversion to sleeves), he is the bosun aboard the ship and can drink most people under the table.
Dawson Lee – a half-elf male with freckled skin and short brown hair with an undercut and a scar running from his left eye to his jawline. He works as the quartermaster.
Bruk – a half-orc male with green-grey skin and protruding tusks. His hair is shaved in different interesting patterns and it is hard to tell where his tattoos end and where his hair start. He is a jack-of-all-trades and will do any job that needs done, he often acts as the medic or chef if no one is available.
Nero – a male owl aarakocra with a barn owl face. Tsarra doesn't interact with him much as he seems boring to her in personality despite his exotic appearance. He has a very strait-laced, no-nonsense personality and only talks when necessary. He always is reading something or looking at maps and works as the ship historian and navigator.
