Halberd - Spinning + Double Strike - 0 points - monk class feature
The weapon consists of a long wooden pole reinforced with steel rings at various points with a long handle area wrapped in leather topped with a large axe head on one side, a large blade on the other, and a small spear tip pointing upwards at its end. A few bits of bright red cloth have been tied along the upper part of the shaft near the blade, hanging down like tassels with a few brass beads attached.
Cuirass - 3 points - 1 hit prevention
A solid steel breastplate adorned with intricate engravings. Given to Mariana by a friend as an act of kindness, it is form-fitting and allows free movement. She has kept it well maintained and wears it almost constantly.
Helmet - 3 points - 1 ht prevention
A solid steel helmet in the style of a barbute stylized with the same engravings as her cuirass which it was smithed to match.
Disgruntled Shield - 2 points, 2 hit preventions
A steel round shield, about 3 feet in radius with a face embossed into its exterior. The face is distorted into an unnaturally grumpy scowl and will at times yell out angry, hurtful, and sarcastic comments to anyone around it. Mariana often has to hide the shield and cover it with whatever she can find to sleep near it without being kept awake.
Slipstream Bridle - Enchanted reins that greatly improve the capabilities of a mount. When activated, the bridle will almost entirely eliminate the air resistance and drag encountered by the mount. This will allow them to run faster and longer, jump higher and further, and expend less energy to maintain speed. This also makes the trip much more enjoyable for the rider, as there will no longer be wind blowing in their face or pulling on their clothes. Those riding in pursuit of the mount will find their own drag increased significantly, making it incredibly difficult to catch up. This effect will last for four posts after activation.
Armored Banner - A set of lightweight armor given to mounts used in jousting, often decorated with sigils or banners of the owners' house. This item is crafted to specifically fit your mount (can be repurposed if the mount changes) and offers the mount protection during battle. The mount wearing this armor has two hit preventions against physical martial attacks.

Riders Bond:
You choose one of your mounts to bond with, creating an unbreakable bond with them. You now share one mind, able to share your thoughts, feelings and emotions with the beast. This does not allow the animal to speak, but it can however communicate with you through this telepathic bond. You can give it commands, direct it in battle and even feel what it feels, all without having to speak a word.
Secure Saddle:
You have mastered the art of riding and fighting, able to attack from the back of your bonded mount without any trouble. You also have found a firm seat atop your mount, unable to be forced off of its back or dismounted anymore. Spells and abilities can not remove your from your mount, and your mount will never buck you off, allowing you to remain in the saddle regardless of how crazy the situation is.
Trained ferocity:
Your mount has learned from you, realizing that it is a tool for you in battle. The animal will always try to avoid dangerous situations without needing to be told, like avoiding a spike wall, dodging an attack or avoiding a pit. The mount will also defend itself, using any of its features, like its claws or teeth, to defend itself against any enemies without being commanded to. You and the mount can operate together without needing to confirm actions.
Unstoppable Charge
You can now command your mount to push through, regardless of the obstacles in its way. Your mount can leap over large obstacles such as walls, fences or trenches. You can also use this charge to send your mount smashing through a structure, such as an earth wall or other created obstacle. No harm will come to you or your mount while smashing through. Your mount cannot charge through an obstacle for three post after using this ability.
Sure Footed
Your mount has become relentless, moving through battle without fear. Your mount can no longer be affected by fear or control effects, and speed reducing spells or abilities no longer slow your mount, allowing it to move full speed no matter what.
Tearing Wounds
Your mounts damage now inflicts savage wounds, tearing the flesh more so than normal. Any wound an enemy would sustain from your mount, such as a bite or a scratch, can no longer be healed for the duration of the topic. They will remain wounded, feeling the pain from the strike. Any healing spell or effect will be ignored if it attempts to heal the wound caused by this mount.
Monk lvl 1
Way of the Budo
Those who have entered the way of the budo have focused their martial skills, becoming skilled weapon combatants. All items from the Blade, Blunt and Polearm shop now have no weight, losing their point values and no longer encumbering you while worn.
Art of the Soul
Some monks ignore the elemental energy of the world around them and instead harness their own raw spirit. You enter a unique trance for the next three post, increasing the range of all your martial attacks by ten feet. When you make an attack with a melee attack, such as a punch or sword slice, a wave of spiritual energy will be released from the attack, allowing the attack to become ranged. Once during this duration, you can channel all of the spiritual energy to fire out a 20 foot long beam of raw energy. This will end the Art early but will prevent any one struck by the beam from using spells or class abilities for their next post.
Knight lvl 1
Challenging Mark
This feature allows you to call out an enemy, marking them as a challenger. This forces the marked enemy to focus their attacks and their attention on you, now their primary target. Any offensive move made, such as an attack or a cast spell must be made against you and no one else. However you must also only make offensive moves towards them. If you attack or make an offensive move against anyone that is not your marked challenger, the mark will fade. This mark will naturally last for four post, unless ended early, and has a three post cool down before it can be used again.
Stalwart Armor
You are comfortable with your armor, basically living in it at this point. Your armor has become an extension of your own body. Because of this you no longer feel the effects of armor, moving normally and as nimble as someone without armor. Your armor also now ignores effects that would attempt to bypass armor. If a spell or ability would cause an enemy to ignore your armor for any reason, that effect is now negated.
Master of Combat
You have spent your years training with a shield in one hand and your weapon in another. You have now learned how to wield any melee weapon in your free hand, regardless of its size. This allows you to use weapons that would normally require both hands to hold with just one hand now. Combining your ability to fight with your ability to defend yourself and others (this does not apply to ranged weapons such as the bow).
Mount:
Griffon -
A large horse sized lion body with the head of an eagle and large eagle wings. Trained by Mariana after being found injured in the outskirts of the spider's canopy forest. She gave it the name Octavia and has taught it many tricks beyond just basic obedience. She rides Octavia into battle and can command without being near her.
Octavia has developed a quirky personality in response to her time with Mariana, showing a mix of impish playfulness and prideful indifference to other people and creatures. The bond between the two has given rise to impressive aerial combat maneuvers fueled by the reckless creativity and resourcefulness of each.
Pets:
Maximus the Magpie - A magpie given to Mariana as a gift. He shows signs of high intelligence and she has taught him a variety of parlor tricks. He can do dances, fetch certain items, and sing along to popular songs. Getting him to do is the difficult part, seemingly aware of the resulting embarrassment caused to his owner Maximus will often play dumb in front of crowds.
A special pouch is fastened to Octavia' saddle for him to rest in during long flights.
