At the very heart of Dragon’s Cradle, protected by the ribs of Dragon’s Spine, stands the Sky Peak. Cut into the sides of the mountain, the Sky Peak spirals to the top ending at the tower inn known as the Birds Perch. A series of ladders, counterweight elevators, and tunnels foster the transport of goods and people through the town carved out of the mountain itself. The vibrant atmosphere of the town is seen through the multitude of colorful lights that are popular with the denizens during the night. Greens, golds, reds awash the nighttime activities of drinking, dancing, and music. The lights and sounds have been said to be heard across quiet nights in the Waste.
