Sarne came from the lords meeting Many of the rich nobles had come together to stop the Red Rogue bandit. The fact That some of the nobles are made to look like rotten people did not bother Sarne that much. He did not say anything during the meeting. The fact that people pretending and masquerading as the Red Rogue did bother Sarne. Someone could get killed acting like the Red Rogue Sarne was not ok with that.

Nordic caught wind that a warehouse has been given the fakes. The red bandits plan to loot a large amount of goods. Food, clothing, and other accessories. This will cost the proprietors a fortune. Sarne thought it would be best to help watch and defend the warehouse. the owners asked Sarne to guard the building, keeping a lookout and warding off people who would be trying to rob the warehouse, Some of the nobles said to use force if needed. Sarne was not happy with just killing people. Not without good reason.

He saw a friend also at the meeting it did not look like he really cared too much Javal could have his ideas through Sarne. Outside after Nordic gave his report on his findings. Then Sarne walked up to Javal "Hello Friend, I see that asked everyone to show. Not that I care for half the nobles in that meeting." commented Sarne "But if you are interested got more information from one of my wolfs. you want to hear it and want in on a job?" asked Sarne with a pleased grin.

Quest Name: Recover Stolen Goods
Chapter: One
Description:
You have caught wind that a local warehouse has been targeted by the fakes, and they plan to steal a large amount of goods, from food to clothing. This will cost the owner a fortune, so you are being asked to help watch and defend the warehouse. You are being asked to guard the building, keeping a lookout and warding off people who would be trying to steal, using force if needed. How you go about this is up to you, finding fun, unique, and creative ways to write the scene.

Requirements:
- Requires exactly two people (you and one other, can be doing opposing quests)
- You must make at least 5 posts to complete the mission with each post being at least 200 words
- Once you complete this mission you gain access to chapter two. (which needs to be a separate topic)
tired of having their things stolen and being made out to look like awful people. So they are now asking people to help their cause, coming together to put an end to the people pretending and masquerading as the Red Rogue.

Javal had been hired by a group of wealthy nobles to put an end to the red rogue bandit’s thievery. The fellblood himself felt incredibly angry as he was filled in by his lieutenant commander, Nadia Sadrine and himself paid attention to the debriefing about the mission that they were dispatched to complete. He held conflicted feelings on the Red Rogues considering he thought stealing was bad but they were doing good by giving it to people in need. However, none of those complex feelings were in him about this only anger about these wretched hooligans tarnishing the good name of the Red Rogues.





He was then informed by the meeting about how the ‘Scarlet Scoundrels’ as Nadia called them planned to target a warehouse and make off with what was estimated to be hundreds of thousands of goods that they needed to keep safe. So quickly the group headed out towards the warehouse determined to guard it against all of the fake red rogues and put a stop to their thievery at once. He was about to leave at once when he was stopped by a familiar friend, Sarne.



He smiled and greeted the man as spoke, “Hello there friend Sarne how’re you doing? No surprise to see you here my friend considering this mission is about valiantly fighting against these fake red rogues. Yes, these nobles were a bit rude and snobbish especially their speech on the poor which I didn’t like however it is what it is. I was assigned to help protect the warehouse but interested in more information and this job friend”.

Sarne looked around to see who was around them. "I am fine Master Javal. I sometimes regret being a noble. They are rude and snobbish, particularly in their speech to the commoners. I do not like either. half of the adventures in the meeting I would have on my side than the nobles. With you at the top of that list." said Sarne with a grin.

"I would not even bother with the warehouse but there are good people that have invested in their work is all tied up in there. I will go and guard the warehouse. Now because of my wolves, I might even know which one they are going to raid." Sarne informed Javal with a sly grin. "If you are looking for a little action and want to help some good merchants I can let you in on it," said Sarne glancing around.

Sarne knew there would be people spying for both sides and the nobles would have their people out looking to see not only what the other nobles were doing but any person of interest. Even Sarne could not be one hundred percent sure who was and was not a spy. "Javal, see anyone that does not belong here? If not lets go," Sarne asked Javal. knowing Javal was more from the outside he might see something different than Sarne.

Javal nodded in agreement with the other man, “I can understand that friend Sarne some indeed are, many whom I have worked with have treated me less than the ground they walk on. However, I’d like to think that they just don’t realize it and maybe one day could be nice. After all, we have nobles like you Sarne, and others who present the best of humanity and do awesome things. I appreciate being on that list of yours, you’re on my list of friends, my friend”, he said with a smile.



“No matter who this involves nobles or mean guys or not there are people who are being hurt and people doing wrong that is enough for me”.



He then stood with excitement and immediately responded, “Yes of course I’d love to help please it would be my pleasure”.



Nadia sighed before responding, “Yes please count us in that information would help us save a lot of time and energy by not checking every warehouse around. Dumb nobles and their lack of information, I swear if you need help tell us how or how we are supposed to do our jobs”, she grumbles annoyed.



Javal responded, “I can’t see anyone who doesn’t seem like a friend so indeed let’s make like a shrub and leaf”, he said trying to copy one of Meryl's jokes, messing it up before sprinting after Sarne.

Sarne gave a smile to Nadia as he started to walk "Yes, Nadia I do agree with you, I do not trust them or their information much. I had the team check out the warehouse. Nordic let me know he had a lead. I am ninety-five percent sure which one it will be. They also are staging a distraction at two other ones to throw the City watch off," Sarne said with a sly smile. "There are benefits when you help the homeless and orphans. They know more than they let on," commented Sarne as he turned down another street.

"And Javal, it's like a tree and leaf, not a shrub,” Sarne remarked with a chuckle. Sarne glanced around and saw people in the shadows watching them walk most of them knew Sarne and would not do anything to bother him. They do not want to tangle with Sarris his cousin who takes care of a lot of the orphans. Some Sarne wished was here right now.

It just took them about 15 minutes to get to the port area. The warehouse was huge you could store a ship inside it. it was one of the main ones that held goods coming and going on the docks and ships. It was two stories tall and 200 meters long with three sections. The four large double doors on each side. there are 4 doors on the second floor with winch posts to attach a rope and pull merchandise up to the second floor.

"This is it so I have heard," remarked Sarne with a wave of his hand in the direction of the building.

Nadia couldn’t help but turn her frown upside down as she heard how Lord Sarne had not only done his research but proved to be a competent noble. She had come from and was raised into nobility so detested anyone who resembled her parents, stuck up, cruel, and uncaring. It was because Javal had saved her from a great beast without even knowing who she was that made her run away and join him in his journey, swearing her undying allegiance to him forever. She still hated noble events even if she was far removed from them but Sarne was proving himself not too a bad snobbish rude noble like so many she had the displeasure of meeting.



Javal himself was trying to wrap his head around Sarne’s correction, “So we are leaves of trees? Am I saying it wrong? I think I need Meryl to explain the joke to me again”.



Soon the group made it and stood outside of it ready to jump into action before they entered Nadia held them up asking what the plan was.



Javal simply said, “Why don’t we just go in there, destroy the bad guys head on and bring them in”.



Nadia simply sighed, “Yes liege although a little strategy would never hurt you, how about you give me any ideas for how to approach this?”, she said, asking Nordic and Sarne.

Sarne liked Nadia's approach but wondered if she was overstepping some. Looking after her leader was admirable. Sarne thought she should let him lead. It had not been long since Sarne had known Nadia but by her speech and mannerisms, she could not hide the fact of a noble up bring. Sarne would bring that up later.

Sarne thought for a moment. "To answer your question, Nadia, we wait they still have some workers around we would blow the whole ambush if we just ran in there and started to beat people," suggested Sarne who then got a sly smile. "I think if we wait and see who comes back. There might be some inside moles. I doubt anyone would work late at night when the moon is up," explained Sarne looking around. "We need a place to hide or just sit and see what happens." suggested Sarne looking out to the docks.

" Javal, your ship the Sword of Abaddon is it in port?" asked Sarne. Thinking he had seen the mast of the ship but could be wrong. That would be a good point to watch the warehouse, on that thought. It struck Sarne by surprise. "What if they were going to load what they have stolen onto a ship? I don't think the Nobles were looking at it that way," explained Sarne.

Nadia held her chin as she listened to Sarne’s idea, liking it, waiting, and collecting information about their targets. It wasn’t bad at all, she as the Lieutenant Commander of the Drakon Security Company was used to having to wait and meticulously plan out a mission weeks in advance before she’d send her liege, herself, and the rest of the team on a mission.



She smiled politely, “That sounds like a rather excellent idea Sir Sarne”, before turning to her liege, “My master what do you say? Does that sound good? Would you rather charge in and crush everyone in there?”.



Javal scratched his head as he thought before responding, “As much as I’d like to go in there and bring those inside to justice, I think Sarne is right. Waiting out here and playing it safe sounds like a better idea”.



He then looks to the right of them towards the docks, spotting his loyal ship and responding to the other man, “Yes my friend it’s right there at the second most to the left. We can hide on the top dock and look over to the warehouse spying on them to see what they’re up to. As for your theory I daresay that sounds devious and smart, these fellows are truly wicked! What should we do now? Charge in and chase after the cargo ship or spy on my ship waiting”.

Sarne rubs his chin in thought. "No, we won't let them get underway. We let them take a load of boxes to the ship in question then we intervene," suggested Sarne with a sly grin. "Let us just hope it is not your ship," Sarne said jokingly. Sarne turned to Vamir. "Go to the far side stay out of sight and watch are blind side if they make a move shoot an arrow into the air," instructed Sarne. Looking at Nordic and Naesala "You are with me." said Sarne.

Sarne took one last look around as he walked with the others towards the ship he knew they did not stand out because of people coming and going from the ships all day and half the night. With the werehouses there it also had a lot of people buying and selling of goods. That is why Sarne did not want to just go rushing in and start rounding up people. It would give the port a bad name.

By the time everyone settled in and were watching the warehouse Sarne's hunch was right. The people in the area hardly anyone was around. It was simple to see who was coming and leaving the docks area. it was getting late the moon was not quite in the sky yet. two wagons pulled up and started to unload some boxes. Soon after one of the doors opened. 6 large men carrying boxes walked out and down the docks then to a two-mast Brigantine ship. Then loaded them onto the ship.

Sarne’s plan sounded sound and Javal couldn’t find fault in it as he thought about it, “You’re right friend we can’t let these fellows get time to continue their villainy any longer, we just need some basic evidence of their crimes. I’m assuming it shouldn’t take too long considering how overconfident and dastardly they are”.

Nadia nodded at the other man’s plan and grabbed her liege quickly pulling him as she sprinted towards the ship. Javal himself sat behind a crate keeping his head down and sat holding his knees with his hands. Nadia herself was next to him, her head peeking out here and there to keep an eye on the goings on of the port. It was thanks to her critical eye that after about thirty minutes passed she spotted and was alerted to movement. She tapped the wood dock under her to signal to the others to pay attention as their targets, a large group of dangerous-looking men was unloading boxes into a brigantine.

Javal looked over to Sarne and gave him a knowing look before standing up and jumping off the ship and into the docks. He sprinted forth and ran after the man shouting, “Stop there at once vile fiends the dedicated spirit of justice will bring you in”.

[1] Sarne came out of the Shadows in front of some of them Sarne's sword was out. Sarne had a cruel smile on his face. "You guys would not be moving stolen goods would you?" Sarne asked his tone cold with little emotion in it. The three men's eyes got big "Captian of the Black Wolves." Sarne got angry "Dam.. Not Balck, Shadow Wolves! You idiots." shouted Sarne.

[2]Nordic and Naesala stepped out from the shadows by the door of the warehouse making sure no one could run back inside. They would make sure no one got away or came out either. The three men seeing what was behind them put the boxes on the ground put their hands up in the air and got on their knees. The bigger of the three bandits shook his head. "This is not worth dying for." commented one of them.

In the front, [2] Vamir kept a watchful eye out. Vamir could hear the commotion on the docks. He knew it had started by his Captain and Javal. A cloaked man appeared out of the warehouse door. The man tried to run but the recognizable scream of a man that had just got injured could be heard. and he fell with an arrow in his leg as he tried to get back up another arrow hit the other leg the man lay screaming which did not help the morale of the bandits. With their leader lying in the street the rest gave up quickly. All but the others facing off against Javal did not turn out well for them. Thinking they could take him.

Javal smirked excitedly for battle as he stood alongside Sarne he held his katana with his right hand gripping the handle tightly. Nadia herself grabbed her liege’s ray bow from his back and stayed at a distance hands on the string an arrow of light formed and she held still aiming at one of the goons’s heads. Javal’s blade Theseus's runes on its steel were glowing a bright blue enveloped an ethereal glow. He smiled as he noticed the leader of this squad was on the floor injured already, his men quickly sprinting back into the giant warehouse nearby.



The fellblood crouches down and exclaims, “You have been injured by the hands of a vile fiend. Repent for your crimes in jail you and the rest of your cronies' wickedness ends today right here right now. We’re going to shut down this operation of yours”.



The leader simply chuckles, “Yeah right you think you’re something huh? Well let me tell you there are hundreds of our boys inside ready and waiting to kick your asses”.



Javal stands back up and yells, “I do not care I welcome the challenge”, he then sprints towards the door spotting the scared goons entering, and shuts the doors behind them. The man could hear shouting and assumed the entire warehouse had been informed of their presence.



He looks at Sarne and smiles, “You ready to bring this house down my friend? Let’s bring those fellows to justice!!”.

Sarne just gave a nod to Javal as he started to walk toward the door. Some yelling from a man from the other side of the building. With flashes of light sane knew that was the light bow at work. It did not sound like it was going well for him Sarne knew Vamir was doing his job. When Sarne got to the big door Sarne got a grin of satisfaction on his face.

He knocked on the door "You thugs want to come out and just give up? It is late and I would like to get some sleep tonight and not be covered in your blood." shouted Sarne. There was silence then some movement. Then Sarne pulled Javal next to him as three crossbow bolts stuck out of the door. "Why did you do that? now Javal is going to kill all of you thugs," Sarne shouted with disappointment in his tone.

Sarne looked over to Javal if looks could kill thought Sarne. sarne was going to let Javal open the door but did not give him the chance to with one swing the red glowing blade cut right through the wood locking the door. Ambers of burnt wood floated in the air as Sarne kicked the door. the door swung open the men on the side looked surprised as their leader was thrown on the floor with Vamir standing next to him. They saw this the men dropped their weapons and surrendered.
