A blue fellblood was visiting the martial academy having heard of all of his fellow guild members' interesting missions with the guild and having joined recently he was interested in seeing what more they had to offer. What type of dangerous missions would they have? How could he learn to get stronger? What did they eat for lunch? These and many more questions spun around his mind as he walked around the halls lost and looking for any signs of smart people. He saw a couple of students here and there but mostly everyone seemed to be focused on their business. He heard in passing that the Arcane Academy was here for some negotiations, which seemed important considering all the clashes the two organizations had the fellblood heard so at least from some friends. While he was walking through the halls and past some important-looking meeting rooms he heard a loud hiss and some screams nearby.
“That has to be someone in danger, I must help”, he thinks, taking out his blade and chasing after the noise. He is then stopped as the academy begins to get crowded. People are running, screaming, and generally panicking.
He spots the target of the chaos across the hall, some group of fiendish-looking mages and a monstrous displacer beast next to them. The cackle is self-indulgent as they walk around enchanting people with their magic and the displacer beast wreaking havoc. It takes Javal all the willpower in his body to stay put instead of charging straight at the threat. He instead decides to do the more responsible thing and rescue any people he can find first.

Seeing his old friend Javal tries to rescue any people he can. Ushering students into the buildings around him. The displacer beast saw him and knew Javal was the greatest threat nearby. The displacer beast jumped off the man it just killed and disappeared in a flash. Sarne was almost there. He saw Javal his old friend and a new determination raised in Sarne. With Javal Sarne knew they could take on just about anything. The fact that the displacer beast looked at Javal and disappeared in a flash did not get past Sarne. He raised his sword [1] A wall of yellow translucent light, hanging in the air and glowing appeared behind Javal. There was a loud thud as the displacer beast slammed into the wall. A shimmer ran across the wall. The displacer beast landed on the ground shook its head and roared. [2]The Mages were not too happy with this and turned to face Sarne. His eyes went wide when one of them shot a lightning bolt at him not being able to do much [3] It looked like Sarne just took it as it hit and faded. A gold hue flashed as it covered Sarne and disappeared. [4] Sarne's blond hair changes to silver color shining like metal. His complexion turns tan-colored with a lustrous skin tone. Sarne's eyes change to a piercing gold. A pair of feathery angelic wings grow from his back and now is covered in a gold hue. As another mage realized Sarne could be trouble darkness filled the Mage's area. [5] The voices of hundreds of screaming people fill Sarne's head for a moment then vanish. Sarne keeps up the act as if he is affected by the voices. Sarne staggers for a few steps holding this head with his hands dropping his sword.

“Alright come on everyone head towards the exits at once, stay in a single file line, and don’t push each other. We’re all going to get through this together alive so just stay calm and stay strong”, the fellblood yells trying to motion people towards the exits picking up and helping some students that fell in terror.
He was determined to make sure that no one was going to die here on his watch. Those wicked fiends and their terrible beast would have to wait, safety was his number one priority. People were beginning to completely exit the building but as Javal helped a young-looking student who lost their glasses he heard a loud hiss and thud behind him. He guided them towards the door and turned back to see the fierce displacer beast staring right at him letting out a great roar that shook the building area. The only thing separating the two of them was a thin wall of shimmering light.
He looked over at Sarne and yelled, “Thank you for the safe friend Sarne, I appreciate it” before shooting the last of the students.
He turned back and faced the displacer beasts pulling out his sword from its sheath ready for battle.
“Alright Sir displacer beast let us battle at once”, he waves his hand glowing a faint green as his body gets covered with vines and thorns (1) to ready himself. Javal lunges forward and slashes at the beast’s head, his blade covered in white and blue light (2) as it tries to tackle him to the ground.

Sarne smiled though when the light wall worked. Sarne gave Javal a swords salute in reply. Still angry about what the wizards had done and watching one of the wizards freeze and the student that was running away, Sarne growled. Sarne decided he was not going to let them off lightly and they would pay for what they had done so far. [1] Sarne's sword started to crackle with celestial power as energy ran over the blade. A burst of light crackling energy erupted from Sarne's sword. The wizard tried to stop the crackling energy but it did not work. It went right through the wizard. The beam's crackling energy disappeared when it hit the wall behind the wizard. the wizard's chest burst into flame as embers rose from it. burning like the sun itself. The wizard fell to his knees screaming in pain as his clothing burned. The other two wizards turn to face Sarne they look to be frightened of Sarne seeing what Sarne had done to the other wizards. As the wall of shimmering light dissipated the Displacer beast did not wait. It struck with its Spike Tendrils waving them around to try to throw Javal off as it lunged at Javal It did not realize Javal was ready for that.

Javal noticed what Sarne had done as the smell of burning would fill his nostrils he looks over and sees one of the mages squirm in pain. Although part of him did feel bad for them he had to remind himself that they were the ones that decided to try to invade the martial academy. Wicked fiends deserved to get punished no matter what even if it meant blasting them through the chest as Sarne did.
Over with the fellblood he and the displacer beast begin to battle with each other both giving it their all to crush the other. The Displacer beast tried to trick Javal swinging around his tendrils and make him fall for a feint attack but Javal had already seen it coming. He simply slashes his katana through one of its tendrils that tried to fake him out, narrowly dodging its jaws that were trying to chomp through his abdomen. The Displacer beast roars in pain and jumps back to readjust its plan of attack, starting to pace around him looking for a moment to attack. Javal looks it down and readies his blade and after a few seconds the beast jumps at him trying to crush him and overwhelm him.

Sarne knew he had to keep the wizard's attention on him. and he would Do just that. [1] Sarne celestial features still showing. An aura of energy begins to radiate from Sarne. filling Him and allies with hope and strength. Sarne begins to inspire those around him to continue fighting, filling them with the will to continue going. Anyone whom Sarne considered to be an ally standing in his immediate area will feel their strength grow. [3] Sarne made a Challenging gesture to the wizards. They were compelled to take on Sarne and focus all their attacks on him. One of the wizards causes the wind to spiral around each of his fingertips, forming small bullets on each of his fingers of air. Then fire these tiny orbs of wind at Sarne. They hit hard doing a decent amount of piercing and cutting power damaging Sarne's armor and slowing him some as he ran at them to attack. The other wizard holding his hands up above his head, formed a large ball of fire, a large size of fire. The wizard then lobs this fireball at Sarne, chucking it into the air as it soars overhead. The fireball lands on Sarn erupted, sending fire lashing out in all directions. The area around Sarne erupted into fire. Sarne seemed unfazed by this as he ran forward smoking from the fire. Sarne had been hurt and started bleeding some as he started his attack in retaliation. on The Third Wizard. Sarne had honed his speed and precision to deliver quick, deep incisions in a target’s vulnerable spots. His speed allows them to deliver a whirlwind of attacks that devastating wounds from his attacks. The wound becomes severe, bleeding out, and unable to be healed. Within the time it takes to make one attack. Sarne delivered three attacks with his sword glowing white with light. In the end, Sarne uses his speed and agility to disengage from the enemy. Allowing Sarne to retreat without his opponent being able to attack him as he went by. The Third wizard fell to the ground screaming as blood poured from the wounds The other wizard looked on with horror at what Sarne did not being able to help their companions. An overwhelming sense of hope and confidence would enter Javal’s heart as he began doing battle with the displacer beast. It was thanks to Sarne’s push of support that he was able to keep the monster from pinning him down and chomping his face off. He quickly holds the beast’s fangs off with his sword keeping its teeth clenched on his metal. Wanting to reposition himself and not be overwhelmed, Javal quickly snaps his right hand and spotlessly melts into a small puddle of water (1). Quickly the overgrown cat jumps back alarmed at the sudden change and glares at the puddle confused about what just happened.
Soon Javal’s form changes from a puddle into a large serpent-like form that begins slithering along on the ground towards the creature. He wraps his serpentine body around the creature's body and coils it around its back. The eager fellblood then reforms back into his flesh and blood form and stabs (2) his katana into its back causing an ear-wrenching roar to fill the room. Javal struggles to hold his position on the beast’s back as he drives his blade even further and uses his katana to steady himself as the displacer beast tries to shake him off.

Sarne could not waste any time or give the last two wizards any advantage. Two out of the four were on the ground severely injured and the last two turned to Sarne again they did not have time to mess with Sarne they could see the chaos was fading and the guards were regrouping. The wizards grunted and started the next set of attacks.
Sarne grinned in frustration at the two wizards. He was starting to feel the fatigue of all the fighting first at the gate and now this. Sarne looked at the two and knew what he had to do. [1] Sarne focused his light power into his shield it had a gold hue to it. [2] Sarne readied his shield and sword. Sarne's movements were fluid and quick. Sarne charged one of the two wizards, rushing into the fray. In a brief second Sarne dashing forward at incredibly high speeds. Allowing Sarne to move at inhuman speeds. Leading with his shield and his huge strength Sarne's shield smashed into the wizard. there was a flash of light as the damage was released bypassing the wizard's defenses
The wizard went flying back and impacted a stone wall there was a bone-crushing sound then the wizard coughed up blood. As the wizard fell to the ground his Major Wounds were evident by his twisted body and broken bones. The wizard lay there in a heap on the ground craying out in pain.
The other wizard took advantage of Sarne's opening after the charge. [3] The wizard sends forth a thin quick ray of lighting shooting out. It will crackle and course through the air in a straight line, discharging and hitting Sarne with a black spot that appears on his armor from the strike Sarne stumbles sideways some from the impact. Sarne was hurt and it showed.

After the displacer beast’s roar, it would start rampaging around the hall trying to slam the fellblood on top of itself into the walls. Javal grits his teeth, tightening his grip on his hilt as he tries to hold on for dear life; if he lets go, he knows that the monster would spare no time in ravaging him out of pure rage. After a few moments of trying to shake him off the beast is relentless and tries the only thing it can come up with, it rushes towards the wall and spins around slamming its back into the hard brick wall. It causes Javal to feel the wind get knocked out of him as he slides down the wall, his body in immense pain. However what this also did was impale his blade into the beast deeper large amounts of blood starting to pour from its underside as the blade was now clean inside it poking under its stomach. The fellblood couldn’t think clearly as he struggled to stand and breathe both he and the beast were equally nearing their limits. The displacer beast and Javal had one thing in common, both didn’t want to lose this battle of ferocity of power. However, there was one important difference between the two, Javal had a much more important reason to keep him going and that was to make sure everyone was safe at any cost. He stood weakly, barely able to stand a cheerful grin on his face as he wiped some of the blood coming off his mouth.
“Is that the beast you could make a foul beast? Let’s finish this here and now, even without a blade in my hands I’ll still defeat you”, he would yell charging forward gathering Ice magic into his palm shaping it into a long ice spear (1), and jumping in the air as the displacer beast would do the same with its last energy.
He’d run the spear through its gullet finishing off once and for all. Javal would land on the other side of the floor breathing heavily and his back deeply slashed up although a faint grin of success on his face would appear as the displacer beast would hit the floor with an echoing thud.

Sarne glanced and Saw Javal kill the Displacer beast in midair it was a spectacular move Javal had executed Sarne watched as the beast died lying in its pool of blood. There were cheers for the students and instructors who were now watching. At what Javal had just done. Sarne would have to owe an Ale to his friend Javal.
Sarne saw the last wizard there with a quickness not many have seen Sarne close the gap. [1] Sarne had honed his speed and precision to deliver quick, deep incisions into the wizard's vulnerable spots. Sarne's speed allows him to deliver a whirlwind of attacks that deal with Major Wounds. Within the time it takes to make one attack. Sarne delivers three attacks that all make deep cuts into vital parts of the wizard's body. Sarne used his speed and agility to move through the Wizerds as blood spewed from the last Wizard alive.
The other instructors from the school ran out of the building and helped end the other wizards the sight was gruesome. The smell of burnt flesh and blood hung in the air. A crowd started to form in the aftermath of the fight.
Sarne fell to one knee exhausted and in pain. his breathing heavy with all the energy he had used to take down the wizards. Sarne sheathed his sword and looked over to Javal. "Not to bad My friend Javal. You make me look like a novice," Sarne said in a joking tone. Standing back up Sarne rubbed his side "I will feel that tomorrow," Sane commented.
Others walked up to Sarne and Javal saying what a great show of mastery. Others just cheered for them some Guards arrived and helped with the wizards and beasts and started the cleanup.

Javal would smile wide seeing all the cheers and kind words from those around him after slaying the displacer beast. He’d quickly walk over to the dead creature bowing his head and sending it off to the afterlife with a prayer. As with all living things even if it was villainous it should be treated with respect and dignity.
“You are a very strong displacer beast, I hope where you go now that you’re at peace and don’t cause any more trouble”, he’d whisper before rushing towards the wizards wanting to help out Sarne.
However, his friend doesn’t need his help at all, making quick work of the last wizard with speed and efficiency. After that, it was over completely, the invasion had been quelled and everyone was safe now. Javal was exhausted beyond belief and various bites and scratches littered his body, slightly bleeding from the battle. He supported himself up with his blade using it as a cane to walk towards Sarne with a faint tired smile on his face.
“Not at all my friend, that last move you did was complete of an exalted swordsman if I’d ever seen one. You were so fast I could barely keep up with the first slash before it just was a blur entirely".
The guards arrived and cleaned up everything leaving the fellblood with not much else to do. Seeing his trip to the Fighter’s Guild worthwhile he’d leave and headed towards a nearby tavern to nurse his wounds saying goodbye to Sarne before he’d left.
