Kothar watched as the construct caused electricity to connect its body to the five pillars they had placed mere moments ago. Bright blue light enveloped the area as the electricity illuminated everything around them. The swamp toad squalled in pain until it no longer had life in it as the electricity arced between it and Metal-That-Lives. The lizardfolk was impressed with the construct and its many useful abilities. Having them as an ally was an incredible boon.
He nodded in response to what Metal-That-Lives said, acknowledging the facts they were stating. "You hunt skillfully and utilize impressive prowess hunting your prey. Metal-Hunter is a more appropriate name." Kothar nodded again in an approving manner towards the newly named Metal-Hunter, before approaching the dead toads. Swamp toads had distinctly colored tongues that very in shades of purple, pink and brown, so they made decent trophies for identifying them. The lizardfolk hacked apart pieces of the tongue that were easy to carry with the blade of his javelin, walking back over to Metal-Hunter when he was done.
The lizardfolk simply looked at his companion, waiting for them to ready themselves to return to town as they had suggested, making contented lizard noises as he waited.

They departed shortly after Kothar had collected their grisly proof. That afternoon, as they strode back into Gazablaak, they stopped by The Butchery. The others in Socket's hunting party had also succeeded in knocking out their quarry and were already into their merrymaking. They waved, exchanged greetings, and set about introducing Kothar to the other members. Once that was complete, Socket stood outside the building. An afternoon rain drizzled, pinging it's song lightly off the roof.
"I would gladly hunt with you any day Kothar, may your days be bright. Find me should you need help again, and I shall do the same." They said, then headed out into the drizzle to find an artificer to help patch them up. One side was going to need a good inspection and possibly a few new parts. At least the routes in and out of the area were safe for the moment and life could resume it's cycles.
