Oxanna Delin
Gender: Female She/Her
Age: 96
Race: Moon Elf
Nationality: Moonglade
Appearance: Oxanna Delin is a diminutive elven woman of shorter stature for a moon elf like her. Dressed in a long green dress worn out by the wear of time and a soft cloak to protect herself from the weather. Additionally she is often seen wearing a large bird shaped mask covering most of her face. On the rare instances that Oxana chooses to go without the mask, you'd fine a pretty elven woman with long silvery hair tied into a bun. With bright green eyes and pale skin that could be called quite pretty if it weren't for the burn scar marring the left half of her face. She carries herself with the stature of a noble, chin always raised up and shoulders squared.
Personality: Oxanna is a quiet lady who rarely tries to make herself the center of attention. Though her quiet demeaner should not be mistaken for meekness. When she's at work she is harsh, but never cruel to others. Often taking what she views as the best path to solve whatever problem has presented itself. Often coming off as standoffish. Those that get to know her would find that she has a hidden gentle side. Often taking using her spare time to treat animals or the needy.
History: Born to a minor noble family Oxanna Delin was raised with a silver spoon in mouth, while being raised to venerate Lunala. The Delins had the rather strange believe that the pursuit of beauty was a way to worship Lunala, and thus we're obsessed with their vanity. Growing elaborate gardens and pursuing various forms of art, often incorporating alchemy to make a variety of cosmetics. Hoarding such trinkets and secrets of beauty to themselves, rather than share those with others. Oxanna was content to live like this her whole life with her loving family in the pursuit of beauty. The Delin parents ever proud of their wonderous children, until one day tragedy struck.
A simple accident was all it took to change Oxanna's standing with her family, a knocked over candle. In the blaze that followed she was badly burned by the flame, near permanently marring her face with red burns. Despite what treatment a small noble house could pursue nothing could fix the scar that now covered her face. Her relation with her family bit by bit fell apart from there, often wearing a mask at home to not show her face to her family. Faced with no solution to her ailment, her family offered her a spot of coin, and asked she stay elsewhere.
Oxanna now has to find her own way in the world, using the skills in alchemy she learned young and a basic understanding of light magic. She treats and heals others with a firm hand, but is ever so careful to keep her distance from them. Not wishing to form a bond that could be broken so easily as her bond with her family.
